This extra sanitation is mandatory and is part of the plan that counties submitted to reopen vacation homes: “All vacation rentals shall follow the SAFEHOME Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professional (VRHP) and Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) Cleaning Guidelines for COVID-19.”

This checklist emphasize the sanitation of things that may not have previously been cleaned on every turn, like “high touch points” as lamp switches. Our cleaning team have been educated on these changes and have been equipped with the necessary materials to complete their work. like gloves and face masks.
