The home has 5 waterfront decks/patios! Open floor plan with a centrally located kitchen, living room, and breakfast nook. Off of the main living room is a 400 sq ft. screened in porch with a gas fireplace. 6 full bedrooms, 4 with private bathrooms. Fully finished 1500 sq ft basement with a large wet bar including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and ice maker. Large circle driveway that can accommodate up to 8 cars. Included is full use of kayaks, paddle boards, and gym including a Peloton bike.

Riverside gem

Amazing house on the river with multiple decks and gathering spaces throughout. Quiet neighborhood that’s surprisingly close to shopping, restaurants, movies, etc.
