About this property

Bright Apartment near the BEACH and PORT with ALTILLO/LOFT

Lovely newly renovated apartment with lovely loft very close to the beach and the port of Valencia. Very well connected with tram, metro and buses. With many places to visit around (both restaurants and museums ...)
The house has been recently renovated (December 2017) has a cozy, bright room with a large window and high ceiling with an original stone wall of the house since it was built in 1920
Wi Fi and sofa are available, which if necessary can be used for the rest of another guest.
We have two rooms with parquet floor. One bedroom with double bed, optional crib for babies and another with single bed. Both bedrooms are located in the loft that has a height of 170cm; which can be accessed through the staircase located in the room.
A spacious bathroom and large shower. A kitchen and an interior patio to complete availability of the guests with a table and chairs for when the weather is nice you can enjoy the outside inside the house.
The accommodation is provided with bed linen, iron and ironing board, towels for the bathroom, for long stays we provide spare parts for towels and sheets, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo.
Amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, basic kitchenware, coffee maker, sugar, salt.
The apartment is fully available for the guest
We are available for anything you need as we live on the same property. You will not have problems in the delivery of keys both at the entrance and at the exit.

Great property in a lovely area with plenty of places to eat and great transport and cycling links to the city. The owner was great at communicating promptly and very amenable to a request we made. We got some great advice too on the best local places to eat. The only slight negative was that the bedrooms have very low ceilings- 170cm and they were a little hot as the air conditioning is in the main room. But overall it was very comfortable and clean, and a great place to stay.

Comfortable apartment near the beach in Valencia

Very comfortable apartment near the beach. The layout can be awkward in the rain (as one walks through a small outdoor terrace to get to the bathroom), but that isn't a problem if it isn't raining. The only issue we had was the WiFi being spotty most of the time - it was difficult to keep a functioning signal. Nothing that a WiFi amplifier won't fix, though. The hostesses are wonderful and attentive, and there is a wonderful cafe / taverna on the corner that we highly recommend.

Dusty apartment

Everything as it seems, actually clean but unfortunately veeery dusty as the all neibourhood which in plenty of full renovation houses. I m very sorry, but it does not fit if you are sensitive to dust.

Hi Chiara, We are sorry you felt this way. The cleaning team takes their time to clean and change everything in the apartment, we have a protocol and the apartment was cleaned properly, we will still check with the cleaning team. Since the neighborhood has become popular, the other neighbors have decided to do renovations to make their apartments touristy as well. This is out of our control. However, we believe it does not affect the overall stay in the apartment and living in the area we did not experience the dust you say you felt. Perhaps it was specifically during your stay. We believe the review should be about the apartment itself, so leaving 2 stars was really disappointing considering you commented on how well you found the apartment when we showed it to you.

Lo justo y necesario

Los techos de las habitaciones son muy bajos, esto lo deberian indicar y no lo hacen ya que una persona alta lo tiene complicado. El aire acondicionado no llega a todas las habitaciones, se pasa calor. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Buenas tardes Natalia, es una pena que no haya leído nuestra descripción donde pone cito textualmente: Disponemos de dos habitaciones con suelo de parquet. los 2 dormitorios tienen camas de matrimonio, opcional la cuna para bebes . Ambos dormitorios están ubicados en el altillo que tiene una altura de 170cm; al que se puede acceder a través de la escalera situada en la sala. Además que el título del anuncio recalca el atillo. Sentimos que el aire que se encuentra en la sala no haya satisfecho sus necesidades. Creo que ha habido una falta de comunicación, les dijimos en el check-in que cualquier duda/problema nos podían escribir y habríamos buscado una solución como facilitarles un ventilador para hacerlo más ameno. Gracias por su evaluación, la tomaremos en cuenta para mejorar.
