Excellent apartment just few steps from the Albufeira shopping center, if you look for something close to everything you have found!
Beautifull view from sea, mountain, swimming pool and city. Relax in one of the 4 private terraces. And enjoy 140 sdm of area.

OLD TOWN ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK.


This huge apartment with 4 terraces, and 2 bedrooms, one on suite, is located on the main avenue. If you turn left and walk you are in the strip of bars and restaurants in Oura. If you turn right just for a walk of 12 minutes you are in Old Town Albufeira or in the beach of Albufeira. Facilities: 2 minutes walk from the bus stop, supermarket 1 minute, bank 1 minute, pharmacy 3 minutes, Mac Donalds or KFC 3 minutes walk. Other good think about this apartment is the view where you can see a big part of the city and the line of the sea. A great garden with big swimming pool is waiting for you. And for the young people they own swimming pool. Sun beds are available, and a small snack is available on the swimming pool. The kitchen is all equipped with brand new: American fridge, washing machine, micro wave, cooker, oven. Each bedroom has its own terrace. HI-FI is available and international channels free of charge. New beds and mattresses in all bedrooms. Whit a beach classic decor. This is a great spot!

In this resort, you have access to an adult pool, childrens pool, children play area, barbecue area, reception with ticket shop, gardens, sun beds, parasols.

This apartment is located on the main avenue. Just walk and enjoy Albufeira for complete. For a short walk you are in Old Town, Oura Strip, Beach, children park, skate park, other side of the road the supermarket and the Albufeira Shopping Center. Mac Donald 3 minutes. Bank, health center, restaurants, bakeries, kfc, little traditional shops ...

Lots of parking area to park for free. Buss stoop in front and taxi stop. Cross the road you have the city buss panoramic stop and the litle train that show Albufeira.

In this resort we have a reception that is open at 9.30 am until 10.30 pm The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator (bout is isy going). Keep you in shape and give you access to a great view.

Great Central Location in Albufeira

Nice apartment in a great central location. Four terraces: two off the formal bedrooms; two off the public spaces. There is a full-size grocery store a stone's throw away (Pingo Doce). It's a short walk to Old Town Albufeira and the beaches or an even quicker Uber ride. The only nit is that some of the finishes and furniture could use some TLC. It's a great spot to plant yourself and explore the Algarve.

L'appartement correspond bien à la description sur le site d'Abritel. Le seul petit désagrément à été la forte odeur d'égout, car les canalisations devaient être boucher, car l'eau avait du mal à s'évacuer dans les deux douches et l'évier ! Sinon, il est très bien situé, et très grand avec la possibilité de manger sur la balcon et ainsi profité de la vue !Je recommande.Rémi

A most enjoyable stay in Antonio's appartment.

Antonio provided an excellent welcome pack to get us started. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with great views over pool , town and sea within walking distance of the old town , the "strip" and beaches. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and facilities locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 weeks there. Word of caution for less abled the apartment is on the third floor with no lifts though as a retired couple we found them manageable.

Très bon accueil et réactivité du propriétaire. Appartement bien équipé, spacieux et bien situé. A savoir, les chambres donnent sur une rue passante donc c’est assez bruyant. A part cela, séjour parfait, nous pensons revenir. Merci pour l accueil.
