Apartment for tourist rental in La Escala with pool and garden, just 200m from the beach Riells. This beautiful penthouse apartment overlooking the sea has three bedrooms (one en suite with spa bath), two bathrooms and a kitchen open(fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils) to a spacious living room with access to a large terrace of 30 m2, which offers a view to the marina of L`Escala and of the bay of Roses. There is elevator and a parking space. The wonderful communal area has a large pool. This apartment is perfect for wonderful family holidays by the sea! Is situated just 200 meters from the sandy and shallow beach, its ideal for children.
In total in the apartment can sleeps 6 people (2 double beds and 2 single bed)
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
