Villa located at the junction of the road to Poggioli 1.5 km from the beach and 1.5 km from the village of Saint Lucia Porto Vecchio where you will find all the shops (Bakery, supermarket, bookstore, tobacco, doctor , pharmacy, post office).
This villa with shared pool (10m / 4m) and air-conditioned is on a plot of 2 Ha that people appreciate for the quiet.
With heated pool to share

a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave)

La casa es amplia y tiene muchas comodidades: aire acondicionado, lavadora, lavaplatos, nespresso, barbacoa,.. También una piscina, es a compartir pero no hay casi gente. A destacar la buena atención y amabilidad de los propietarios que viven al lado. Són encantadores.
