Delicious pajara surrounded by greenery with direct access to the sea

A splendid house by the sea, with a typical "pajara" (trullo) architecture, located just behind the cliff with the sea a few meters away and accessible directly from the property through a small private staircase. Ideal for 4 guests, the house is composed of a large living room, two bedrooms (with double beds), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a large outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a suggestive sea view and enjoy unforgettable moments of tranquility. Inside the house is furnished with style and simplicity and is equipped with mosquito nets on the door and windows, as well as utensils, dishes and linens necessary for the living room. Services include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and washing machine
The house is completely immersed in the greenery of a large terraced garden of over 4,000 square meters, extended over 150 meters along the coast, with Mediterranean vegetation. The local stone pavement and the typical "dry stone walls" characterize all the outdoor spaces which also include a lovely canopy with sea view, a barbecue and a large parking lot with private parking spaces.
The property boasts a truly exceptional position because it allows you to reach the sea in a few seconds by taking just twenty steps counted. The entrance into the water is convenient and accessible to all. The position of the house also guarantees absolute tranquility and confidentiality while being able to reach all the services you need on foot, a few hundred meters away such as nice restaurants, bars, grocery stores and the marina for boat rental and more.

Hard to appreciate how idyllic the location is, until you arrive. Expectations were high - but they were exceeded. Fabulous accommodation, great location ( 5 mins to bars and restaurants) and hosts were first rate. We had a local transport problem and our host helped to sort - above and beyond. We hope to be back.

Amazing house in a stunning location

Everything about Emilio and his accommodation was perfect for our stay in Tricase Porto. The house itself has the most fabulous garden with so many enchanting areas to sit and enjoy the stunning views from morning to night. The accommodation was beautiful and had absolutely everything we required. On the occasions we contacted Emilio we had immediate responses and resolutions to our queries. Overall we would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Salento area.

Wonderful stay

This property is incredible. The house is surrounded with lovely private gardens, and the views are epic. It's perfect for a relaxing, quiet stay if you're looking for down time from hustle & bustle. The location is central to nice drives to many beautiful beaches around Salento. Amenities in Tricase Porto are a short walk away. Emilio and his brother are wonderful hosts, accessible, thoughtful, and kind. Highly recommend a stay here.

Spectacular stay

Fantastic home. Fantastic location. The view from the property and location was worth the price alone. We loved our 10 day stay and wished for more time to enjoy.it all. Beautiful location

If you’re looking for peace and tranquility, in a beautiful location, in a simple but elegant home, this place is for you. Emilio and Raffaella looked after us perfectly. They were a text or a phone call away if we needed them (we didn’t really) and made sure we had everything we needed. Would 100% recommend.

Best place we have ever rent!

We now know that there is a « paradise on earth ». This charming house, its wonderful garden, its breathtaking view and easy access to the sea makes it a dream place to stay for holidays in Puglia. We were sincerely amazed by this unique place and spent a unforgettable journey there! Would recommend it straight away, except next time we will be planning to go back again 😉. Green paradise right by the sea

Yes, this is a dream: A beautiful spacious garden and this cozy little stone house. A calm spot for relaxation right in Tricase Porto, within walking distance to excellent restaurants (best: Taverna del Porto) and a fabulous bar (Menamé). And yes, you can access the water for a great swim a few steps from the proper, which we did only once due to the stormy sea. Our host, Emilio handled everything smoothly and promptly. We’ll definitely come back.

What a dream…

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely little stone house surrounded by a fantastic garden with direct access to the sea. Waking up in the morning with this view, walking through the garden and enjoying a morning swim in the sea was simply priceless. The house has everything you need to immerse yourself in the here and now and let your soul unwind. We received a warm welcome and everything went smoothly. Thank you very much for this week in this wonderful place. We could have stayed much longer...

most wonderful place

We had a great time in Tricase Porto. The house has everything you need and is lovely decorated. The many terraces are just amazing and the huge garden is kept with so much love. You don´t believe it´s so big and it´s all yours :-)! There are so many places to sit in the sun or shadow and relax and enjoy or just look at the sea which is just some steps below. In a couple of minutes you reach Tricase Porto (you can just walk there) and you can have a coffee or snacks in the bar or enjoy a meal in the nice restaurants round the beautiful harbour. There is also a shop where you can get groceries. If you want to see the area there are plenty beautiful places to go like Otranto, Leuca, Gallipoli and many more which we enjoyed very much (the towns and the food: the fish is wonderful). Emilio and his brother were always there if we needed anything and are great hosts. We highly recommend this place and want to come back.

Paradiesisch

Wir haben wundervolle 12 Tage in Emilio's Haus verbracht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war für 4 Erwachsene von der Größe her ausreichend. Es fehlte uns an nichts.Der Aussenbereich ist groß, mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, einem tollen Garten und vor allem mit einem fantastischen Meerblick.Einfach paradisisch!Tricase Porto mit einigen guten Restaurants und einer tollen Bar ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.Wir hatten unser Auto und auch Fahrräder dabei und somit die Möglichkeit die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Apulien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.Ein großes Dankeschön an Emilio. Er war ein großartiger und sympathischer Gastgeber. Er hat stets schnell reagiert und die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr nett. Check-In und -Out waren zudem sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter und sehr erholsamer Urlaub für uns.

Kleines Juwel in Traumlage

Wunderschöner riesiger Terrassengarten direkt am Meer. Spektakulärer Meerblich von jeder Terrasse, überall originelle Sitzplätze. Auch im Haus absolut alles was man braucht. Sowohl der Garten, als auch das Haus mit viel Liebe zu kleinen Details.Perfekt mit Hund. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Es bleibt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Danke.

Vue imprenable sur la mer

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Tricase Porto. La maison est simple mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut et c'est surtout les extérieurs qui nous ont plus. C'est immense, il y a plein de petits endroits où se reposer ou prendre l'apéro. L'endroit est au calme, on se sent seuls au monde avec la mer au fond du jardin. Idéal pour des vacances au calme avec des restaurants accessibles à pied. Nous recommandons vivement. Merci pour ces belles vacances.

Tolles Haus mit „eigenem“ Strandzugang

Schönes Haus auf riesigem Grundstück, toller gepflegter Garten, mehrere Terrassen und „eigener Strand“, Aussendusche und sogar zwei Kanuboote. Der Gastgeber Emilio hatte gute Tipps und war immer erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
