Residences Lighthouse Cove Penthouse - This condominium is perfect for your beach vacation and year-round relaxation. The kitchen features 21st Century amenities, including stainless steel appliances, upgraded counter tops, and an extra-large sink with pull-down sprayer faucet. The luxurious master bedroom includes an oversized private bathroom adjoins the master bedroom, with a custom-designed tile shower and double vanity sinks. The quaint guest room features a versatile Twin/Full arrangement. The “jack-and-jill” guest bathroom offers a large bathtub and custom tile throughout. The spacious living/dining area is the focus of the penthouse, with comfortable, seating for family and guests. The living also features a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping needs. This penthouse features a private terrace for your added enjoyment, thereby extending your living and entertaining space. Step outside the sliding doors to your private terrace to enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the Rehoboth Bay and its magnificent vista. Just beyond your private terrace is the expansive Plaza Courtyard, a private common space exclusive to guests at The Residences. Overlooking the terrace is an outdoor heating pool which is exclusive to guests at The Residences. We had a great stay. Central to Dewey Beach and easy to get to Rehobeth boardwalk by trolley. Having our own pool and beach were nice bonuses.

Great location and amenities

Location is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of places to eat and shop. Short drive to everything you would need. Amenities are nice with private pool and seating areas for residences. Worth the money!

Gorgeous place in a fantastic location. Check in was easy, as was checkout. Lovely pool just outside your door overlooking the bay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely book again.

Great location and clean condo with great amenities!

This condo is just one block from the beach and is walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants in Dewey! The owner was responsive and easy to talk to. The condo itself has a great modern design / layout and has great amenities like use of the Hyatt pools and gym. A++ stay - looking forward to booking this unit again!

Perfect place and location

Tania, we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was perfect, clean and well located. The private deck and pool were a huge bonus. The access to the bay side beach and restaurants was great. We attended a wedding on the bay beach and reception in the hotel so it could not have been more convenient for us. Having such great access to the water, restaurants and rentals made our trip special. We loved the experience. Thank you and we will definitely book again if we are ever in need of a place in Dewey Beach. Steve

Perfect spot in Dewey Beach

The condo is a great rental spot. It is brand new and nicely decorated inside. You have access to the pool and a little sandy Bayside Beach and the ocean is a block walk. The patio is perfect right at the front with a great view overlooking the pool and the bay and close to the outdoor grills. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. You have to bring all linens and paper items although there was one bath mat. Pet friendly place too!

Wonderful beach getaway!

We just returned from this property with 2 kids, 2 adults and a dog and we loved it! Location couldn't have been better - easy walk to the beach, the bay, and restaurants. The apt was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. Kitchen nicely stocked with appliances. The outside terrace isn't exactly private - it's shared with other residences - but you have your own kind of area with a lovely outdoor dining table. My kids loved having access to the indoor pool as well. Tania was very communicative and easy to work with. We'd love to come back again.

Wonderful Condo, very comfortable

We couldn’t ask for a better host, Tania was very responsive, always responded to any questions we had very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs. The condo was very clean and beautiful. It was very spacious so there was plenty of room inside making it very comfortable to stay in. The fact this condo had a patio versus a balcony made it so spacious to move around outside and enjoy the unobstructed view of the wonderful pool and the bay. Having direct access to the grills, fire pit and extra seating was perfect! Also the location in Dewey is great and having The Lighthouse bar/restaurant right downstairs was very convenient.

Beautiful, modern condo with easy pool and beach access

I only have good things to say about this gorgeous, top floor condo that is steps away from a pool offering spectacular views of the Atlantic on one side and Rehobeth Bay on the other. Access to Dewey Beach is one block away, as are many restaurants, stores and bars. The condo is beautifully decorated, and was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed to make our home away from home. It is also about a 10-minute drive from Rehobeth Beach and Bethany Beach (to the north and south, respectively), and we had time to visit them both during our visit, which was fun because they all offer slightly different vibes. Our host was in touch with us before and during our stay, and the check-in/out process was completely painless. Overall, it was a five-star experience.

Dewey 2023

The condo was extrememly clean, the washer/dryer looked new, loved the kitchen space and decor just enough to not overwhelm a guest. We brought our own however the following were already in the condo TP, handsoap, DW pods and coffee pods for guests. We only used the patio area twice due to weather but it had a nice view of the bay. No issues with Wifi and appreciated the instructions for the TV and light switches. Tania was fabulous! Constant communication from booking to check out, offered early and late check out for our pre-season stay. Thanks Tania, we look forward to staying again.

Amazing experience

Tania was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to every question I had during my stay. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and just as advertised. The parking garage ceiling was a bit low on The Residences parking area (due to low hanging pipes) so be aware if you have any cargo on the top of your vehicle as we did. The patio outside the condo has plentiful seating, community grills and firepits. We utilized all of these amenities as well as the outdoor pool. We did have access to the indoor pool, but did not have a need for it since the weather was perfect for a beach day and lounging by the outdoor pool. The beach is just a quick walk down the block, and the bay is accessible from the other side of the outdoor pool. We found Dewey Beach to be beautifully maintained with friendly people. Food and shops are all within walking distance, and the Tanger Outlets and shopping experiences are only a short drive towards Rehoboth. Our favorite food place was The Lighthouse located on the bayside of the property (Highly recommend the crab cakes). We also ordered pizza from Starboard Sauced and it was deliciously full of little grease cup pepperoni. Our favorite shop was DB Convenience, the owner and employee were friendly and provided a wonderful experience. You will not be disappointed with your stay or the experience of the town of Dewey Beach. We will definitely be returning, and will not think twice about using Tania for our stay again.
