Magnificent villa with capacity for up to 6 people. It is located in an area of the best known and most desired urbanizations on the Island of Menorca. Near two white sand beaches with crystal clear sea (Cala´n Bosch and Son Xoriguer). The first beach is only 400 meters away., that is 7 minutes walk and another beach is 15 minutes walk. The house is modern in style, very comfortable and tastefully decorated throughout. It has a garden, swimming pool, private parking for 3 cars. The accommodation is on two floors, has a lounge, individual kitchen (fully equipped), 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 3 full bathrooms (one en suite), and a pleasant outdoor terrace with direct access to the pool and to eat outdoors free.

Amazing Villa!!

We have just returned from a 2wks stay and cannot recommend this villa enough. Andres was very friendly and helpful, we arrived 3hrs earlier than the check in time and Andres allowed us to check in and showed us around. The villa is amazing and definitely a home away from home, you couldn't ask for anything more. Location wise, it is so central, 5mins right to the supermarkets and 5mins left to the resort centre. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Andres.

Stylish villa, in a perfect location

A wonderful stay in this modern, well-looked after property. A 5 min walk to supermarkets and 10 mins to a good choice of restaurants. Air-con in all the bedrooms, and fans for downstairs. The pool was ideal on a hot summers day. We didn’t have a car as could walk, bus or taxi everywhere. Andres was there to meet us when we arrived and contactable if we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa

We have just returned from a weeks stay in this beautiful villa, just wish it could have been longer. Everything went perfectly , Andres was an excellent host, communication was perfect, we had no problems but Andres checked to make sure everything was good. The villa is immaculately clean, the maid let us in the villa earlier than check in time as she had finished cleaning. The decor is modern and just like the pictures. The pool and surrounding area were perfect with a lovely back garden. We could not fault anything. The villa is in a fantastic location, so close to the beach and the Marina which has many lovely restaurants and bars. Don't Carlos is our favourite bar with the best Gin and Lemon, the Cocktail bar next door was the favourite of the younger members of our group .Assador On Egin and Bahia were our favourite restaurants but Piccola was so good when we had a family meal the waiters were so lovely with our granddaughter and kept her happy. If we come again as a family this villa would be our first choice.

We’ve visited Cala n Bosch for many years as a family and it’s certainly a very special place for us and our now older children. This villa is the best we’ve stayed in by far. Spotlessly clean, very luxurious decor and excellent equipped. We were given the opportunity to check in early too which was extremely helpful. The location is very central.
