Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in quiet gated complex.

1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, family bathroom with walk in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, 4 ring electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and crockery etc.

Lounge/dining area with sofa bed, flat screen TV and air conditioning unit.

Locking safe also included at no additional charge.

Hairdryer, free standing clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen provided.

Private Wi-Fi available, along with full European TV package.

Glass sliding door lead out onto private gated terrace with comfortable seating area and parasol.

Communal heated swimming pool and separate children´s pool both set within a terraced area with sunbeds and parasols.

The bar/restaurant in the complex is open from 9.30am until 8pm each day.

Ample free parking available.

The apartment is two mins walk to a large grocery store, five minute walk (on flat ground) to the beach and the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen. The apartment is located within a very short walking distance to local bars and restaurants.

The apartment cleaning is included in the price. An additional mid-stay cleaning service (inc. linen and towel change) can be arranged for an extra fee of €40. If you prefer just a linen and towel change this can be arranged for an extra fee of €20. Pre-booking for both options is required. Payable in cash upon arrival.

Great stay!

We had a lovely last week for now at Lanzarote at Mike and Annas place. Close to main street, nice pool and good to have a bar for food and drinks on site. We will be back.

Great apartment

The apartment was lovely, we have been to Puerto del carman for a number of years and this apartment is in a great location. Hosts were very helpful. Definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment and close to everything. Everything provided including WiFi TV and welcome pack. Good snack bar on site also. Owners quick to respond to queries.

A great apartment and complex

Check in great. The host couldn't be better even stocked fridge with drinks for our arrival. The apartment and complex are on a next level to what we have stayed in before. Great little bar and the staff were very nice. Only one slight neg is the air con in the apartment needed regassing.

Fabulous apartment

We loved our stay at this apartment Mic was there to greet us on arrival, helped us sign into WiFi etc also gave us some local info. The welcome pack left was excellent (water beer wine milk etc) would highly recommend this apartment. The patio area is a little sun trap.

Lovely apartment on a nice complex

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean apartment on a great complex. Sadly for us the pool bar was closed but we were warned in advance by the owners. It didn't spoil our visit. A five minute walk from all the shops and bars on the sea front, and an easy walk to bus stops for trips to other parts of the island. Thank you, Mick & Anna.

Excellent Acommodation

Our stay at this apartment was great. The complex was well maintained, very friendly and close to all the amenities that Puerto Del Carmen has to offer. Our apartment was modern, lovely, very clean and had all the equipment you would need. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Owners were very helpful and responded to emails very quickly. I would highly recommend this apartment. We will certainly be back.

Great holiday apartment

We booked this with the hope that it was a nice quiet complex close to the strip and we were not dissapointed. This complex is so lovely, the staff are amazing! They couldnt do enough, very chatty and they make a top notch breakfast. The apartment was amazing, everything you could need. Great bedrooms with extremely comfy beds, especially the 2 singles. Rain shower and a great size bathroom. All appliances you could need. And the terrace was a little sun trap. 3-5 min walk to the main strip and beach. A little shop 2 mins from the door. A spar and supermarket within 5 mins.

Everything wonderful

We were guests of Mick and Madden for a week. Check-in was very uncomplicated with a personal welcome. A wonderful food pack awaited us. The flat and the entire complex were very clean and in mint condition. Nice little pool with nice pool bar. Beach towels were also provided. This was wonderful. The kitchen and bathroom had helpful utensils like soap, dish soap, various spices and coffee. Plenty of room even with four adults. We will gladly come again!

Great location

Firstly Michael was fantastic and prompt with communication. He met us at the apartment to ensure we were familiar with everything. The welcome food and drink was a lovely touch too. Location was perfect. Only 5 minutes walk from the front and this meant we ended up making the beautiful Serentiy bar our local 😂. Just a couple of things to note that I wasn’t fully aware of (not a big issue but some people may need this) and this was the second bedroom had no wardrobe. So had we brought other people they would have to share the wardrobe in the master room (which is very big). Also the bedrooms don’t have air conditioning but Michael and Anna provide large fans which for me were fantastic as I love the sound of fans at night! All in all great value for money! Thank you for allowing us to experience your property!

Fantastic Stay

Our family had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Pre-trip communication was excellent. Met at the apartment by Anna, for a quick guide of the apartment and complex, Apartment was modern, had everything you would require and the welcome pack was appreciated too. The apartment is within an easy walk to all shops and restaurants. The pool and pool snackbar area were clean and perfect for relaxing. Overall a perfect apartment to stay in.

Siamo stati molto bene

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 14 al 22 luglio. Ci hanno accolto i proprietari, molto gentili 💚 , che ci hanno dato qualche info in più rispetto alle tante che ci avevano dato dopo la prenotazione e ci hanno fatto trovare un kit di benvenuto con snack e bere . Nell’appartamento ci siamo trovati molto bene, pulito e con tutto quello che serve. Molto comoda anche la piscina, come valvola di sfogo per i ragazzi 😁 Fuori dal recidence abbiamo sempre trovato comodamente parcheggio. Se cercate un posto dove la spiaggia sia a 2 passi questo non fa per voi, ma per tutto il resto noi lo consigliamo

Had a fantastic time at Micks apartment. Booking, communication and service throughout from Mick was fantastic. The apartment is beautifully kept, clean and has everything you could need. Even supplied a welcome food pack and beach towels. The tv channels and films are great if you have kids as they can enjoy a film at night. The complex is lovely and friendly with everyone saying hello and the pool and pool bar are fantastic. Really loved this place and can’t wait to book it again soon .

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Wohnung und der Aufenthalt war super, die kleine Anlage mit Pool war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Der Kiosk am Pool sehr freundlich mit sehr moderate Preise. Alles in allem sehr gut.

Home From Home

Property was clean and modern with a great lounge area and all the TV channels you could imagine! Quiet resort, only 42 apartments on the complex and well maintained. Everyone is incredibly friendly, like a small community. Bar Staff were always helpful, friendly and approachable and the food was of a good standard for a snack bar. Absolutely NO-ONE seemed to want to use a sunbed before 10am so there was no "beach towels at dawn" needed to reserve a bed... plenty to go round too! Property is perfectly located within walking distance of the seafront, shops and bars. The owners were very helpful, even when we had a small issue with the shower, it was fixed within a few hours. We'll definitely be going back.

Perfect home from home in a great location

From first contact with the owner to the last everything was smooth and hassle free. The apartment is on a small complex. It really is a home from home with all the essentials that you'd need. The pool bar is very handy for snacks and drinks throughout the day. There are plenty of sunbeds with no need to be up early and 'put your towel down'! The apartment is in a quiet location but still only a 5 minute (max) walk to the main strip. Should we return to Lanzarote we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

The apartment has everything you need, modern, clean and 2 nice bedrooms. Lovely pool area and lots of sunbeds. Its a 5 minute walk to front and very central for restaurants and bars, the sea front stretches for miles and is lovely. The apartment had a washing machine, which was very useful given we under packed beach wear and it was very hot! All in all apartment was excellent and would highly recommend. Not been to this resort for 25 years and it has changed dramatically in size but would love to go back. Thank you for making our holiday one to remember. Grahame & Joanne
