This one bedroom, Oceanfront Condominium offers a bedroom and a living room with a chaise leather sofa. A young child could sleep on the lounge chaise connected to the sofa if needed. The living room has an Ocean Front balcony with a full kitchen that enjoys the ocean front view.

With a Traffic-Free Beach, two outdoor pools, three jetted hot tubs, water slide, lazy river, children's water park, two indoor pools, gym, and indoor miniature golf there is something for every one. A daily activities calendar is posted for arts and crafts, the children's activities room, and stuff for grown ups too. In addition there is an arcade, adult billiard room, and adult lounge/computer room with high speed internet access.

When you tire of all this walk out the fourth floor into the Ocean Walk Shoppes. Here you will find a ten screen stadium seat theater, Bubba Gump's Shrimp, Adobe Gila's, Mai Tai's Bar by the ocean, and Cold Stone Creamery for your ice cream fantasies.

Across the street is Daytona's Newest Water Slide Park.'Daytona Lagoon', for more water fun, a game of Laser Tag, Rock Climbing, Go Carts, and more miniature golf!

Perfect spot

Overall location on the traffic free area of the beach can't be beat. We have young kids so the pools and kid area were nice to utilize after the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall the Wyndham ocean walk is a very nice facility.

16th floor ocean front one bedroom condo was nice but a little dated. Nice view from the balcony, but the balcony walls could have used a pressure wash. The condo was equipped with everything you needed and was very comfortable. Wyndham staff was pleasant and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze and parking exceptionable.

Not the cleanest.

Maybe I’m asking too much but for as expensive as this room was I feel like it should’ve been a lot cleaner. We did a lot of cleaning ourselves before settling in. My biggest problem was that on our fifth day there the owner decided to show up unannounced and walked in on my wife half dressed to drop off a doormat. Are you kidding me? There is a document posted in the room stating that there is no maid service so we were under the impression that NO ONE would be entering our room. They had my phone number so there was no excuse for not making contact first. This was our fifth time staying at Ocean Walk which we love but wouldn’t stay with this owner again.

Not clean. Broken furniture. When we contacted property manager he threatened to kick us out.

Nice location and complex but this condo was dirty. We spent the first hour of our vacation cleaning this condo. The high top patio table was locked to both chairs making it hard to move and causing a trip hazard. One of the chairs was broken. I contacted the property manager the next morning to ask for some money off due to having to clean and notified him of broken furniture. The property manager Bob answered by saying he was considering kicking us out and eluded to the fact that maintenance had been in our room. When I replied that no one should have been in our room with out our permission, he stopped replying. I emailed Bob before arrival and explained that Clean was very important. We will never stay at the ocean walk again. Horrible experience.

Great resort. Unit was very clean. Shades in bedroom did nice job blocking out light. Furniture was very comfortable to sit on. Was nice having several places to sit on balcony. Bob & Vicki were great to work with. They respond timely to any questions while deciding to book location. They provided contact numbers that if you needed anything during your stay to not hesitate to call which we did not need to because unit was fabulous. Would definitely go back again.

Great view and location, condo was just OK

We really enjoyed the views from our balcony and the beach walking--and that was the main thing. We would come back to this resort which has very nice facilities, but not this condo. The condo was not really clean--sticky floor in the kitchen, dirty paper towels behind the bedroom curtains and under the bed, dusty surfaces, but the overall appearance was decent. There were no tissues and the ice maker didn't work (but that didn't bother us enough to call the managers who probably would have taken care of that if we had). We were disappointed that there was no way to play our iPod music through any type of speaker/radio/stereo as we really love to have background music. The condo needs some updating...old drapes with sheers missing that also weren't attached to the pull rod on one side, new toilet paper holder mounted above broken one still on the wall, old mix of silverware, warped frying pans, beds & bedding that weren't very good. Also know that if you and your partner get up during the night, the main bed is shoved against the wall and the inside person will have to crawl down the bed or over the other person to get in or out. My hubby and I ended up sleeping in separate beds because of that--not the romantic vision I had had. All in all, we really loved the view and the location, and the condo was adequate, but we wouldn't rent this one again.

Ocean Walk is the Best

My wife and 3 kids returned again to Ocean Walk for our 3rd year. We give a big THANK YOU to Bob & Vicki who set us up in our beautiful 3BR Ocean Front condo. Our kids brought friends this year and they simply had a blast. There is so much to do there, and the price we paid was about 1/2 of what going through Expedia would have been. Hope to return next year.

We stayed in the 13th floor condo and it was great. Nice and clean and the view was awesome. We are going back this October. The owners are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely spread the word to rent from these owners.
