Magnificent house on the Costa Brava in a quiet urbanization, 15 minutes from the beaches of Lloret and Blanes. It has a large garden with a private pool and barbecue area with a large table to eat and relax. Private basketball and tennis court. It has 2 rooms with a double bed and a room with two single beds. All rooms open onto a large 100 m2 balcony. Spacious living room with dining table and TV. Large kitchen with all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker. Ease of parking outside.

Peaceful and well located

Well equipped house, with easy access to motorways, mountains and beaches. The pool was clean and refreshing. The owners are super helpful and very quick to respond to questions about the area. We had a lovely time!

Un séjour exceptionnel…

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa. Tout est pensé pour passer d’agréables moments en famille : Piscine, terrain de basket, grande table ombragée à l’extérieur pour les repas en famille. La villa est très bien entretenue avec des espaces joliment arborés. Les hôtes ont été disponibles tout au long de notre séjour et ont été de de très bons conseils pour les points d’intérêts à voir et à visiter. Mention spéciale pour les feux d’artifice de Blanes. Merci encore, nous n’avons pas vu le temps passer. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison qui est fidèle à l’annonce. Points positifs : bien entretenue, l’ environnement est calme et dispose d’un super extérieur Point négatif: la literie est de très mauvaise qualité sur la totalité des chambres, les ventilateurs sont vieux et la climatisation manque énormément, un manque d’honnête des propriétaires concernants l’état des serviettes lors de l’état des lieu :

Unvergessliche Urlaub

Im vollen und ganzen es war eine schöne Urlaub. Das Haus mit dem privaten Pool hat uns alle. Sehr gut gefallen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an die sehr nette Gastfreundlichkeit. Das Haus hat alles was man für Urlaub braucht und sehr gute Erstattung. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa, la piscine est très agréable et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir faire la sieste à l’ombre sous l’olivier. Nous avons pu trouver tous les commerçants dans la petite ville de Vidreres et la plage du quartier Fenal de Lloret de Mar est très agréable nous avons pu y trouver un eau claire dans laquelle il fait bon se baigner. Carlos et son épouse sont des personnes charmantes et à l’écoute des locataires. Nous recommandons cette villa. Murielle
