The Ocean Palms Villas are located in Port Royal Plantation about 1/2 mile from the award winning oceanfront Westin Hilton Head Island Hotel and Spa. Your check-in begins at the Westin, which fully manages the villas and is available to address any issue or to assist you with golf and tennis reservations. You have complete free access to their facilities which includes 3 pools, fitness facility, spa and private access to an absolutely beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. Additionally, the Westin has 3 restaurants and a spa (fees will be charged to your Westin account). The Westin provides free shuttle service to and from the villas, but it is a very easy 5 -7 minute walk.

For golfers, complimentary green fees for up to 4 players each day are provided at the 3 Port Royal golf courses (Barony, Robbers Row and Planters Row). A similar arrangement is provided at Shipyard, Palmetto Hall, and Oyster Reef golf courses. Golf carts are required and there is a per player charge (currently $34 - $38). If you play tennis, you have 1 hour daily of free tennis at the Port Royal Racquet Club. The Club has 16 courts and many different types of court surfaces.

Our Ocean Palms 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor villa is located in a lovely wooded area overlooking the golf course. The pool is just a few steps away from our back door. There is a screened in porch complete with chairs and table which makes relaxing outdoors a real joy.
This is a spacious vacation villa which can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath (2 sink vanity, shower and Jacuzzi tub). A second bedroom can be set up with either a queen or 2 twin beds and has its own bath with vanity and combination shower/Jacuzzi tub. A sofa/bed in the living room can sleep 2 more people.

There is a well equipped kitchen open to the dining and living room area which includes a full set of appliances and a wet bar. The kitchen is amply equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, silverware and utensils. There is a stacked washer/dryer just off the kitchen. With recent renovations to the kitchen and living room areas you'll enjoy the new granite counter tops and a 55" flat screen TV. Entertainment equipment include 3 TVs, DVD player, stereo receiver and free WiFi access.

We have 10 weeks of rentals available per year. Full weeks run from Sunday (4 PM) to the following Sunday (10 AM). Peak seasons are a 7 day minimum rental. During off-peak, we will rent for a minimum of 4 days. Please review our calendar for available dates.

All rentals are subject to a 10% SC Rooms Tax and a one time cleaning fee. Please request a quote for the total cost.

Beach loving family of four

Spacious villa with all of the beach amenities! Loved the screened in porch overlooking the golf course and creek (even spotted a small gator). The bathrooms were huge and the kids loved the giant walk in shower in the master. Kitchen was well equipped for all our needs (although we didn’t do a ton of cooking). Bike to the beach in a few short minutes and enjoy the amazing sunrise. We kept our beach gear in our car and easily found parking at the Westin lot to unload and walk right onto the beach. We did not use the villa pool or Westin’s pools when you have an amazing beach! The Westin’s pools set up was impressive and the outdoor bar/food areas were tasty! The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Great Place!!

The condo was fantastic and Cindy the owner was wonderful. My only negative is the Westin who manages the property. My husband arrived at 6:00 pm and the condo was not ready for check in. However Cindy immediately reached out to me with an apology, although not her fault, and even gave us a small refund due to the inconvenience which we did not expect as it wasn’t her fault. The condo was spacious and wonderful. We would absolutely rent it again as well as any other properties Cindy owned.

Great condo, love the location!

We just love this location! Being able to use the Westin is such a great added bonus. Spacious condo, comfy beds, very quiet and relaxing property. Easy to park, nice to walk around. Porch is screened and nice to relax on. Property manager was very responsive to tiny maintenance issue, which was quickly resolved. Beach is about 5 minute walk, which you can take the Westin shuttle if you prefer not to walk. Will definitely book again!

We had a great experience. The posting from the beginning was very accurate. The homeowners answered all of our questions promptly and accurately, providing us tips and ease of use. The property was very nice, overlooking the 8th hole of the Barony course. The use of the shuttle or driving to the Westin pool was great. The owners throughout the trip were very accessible. I would absolutely do this again. It was a great experience of having the privacy of a condo away from the hotel but also the ability to use the great ammenties of the pool and private beach at the Westin. I would definitely do this again.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved staying at this villa. We are already trying to plan our next visit. We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids and this place was wonderful. The shuttle was very quick when we called never waited more than 7 min. We couldn't get enough of how nice using things at the Westin really worked out. Getting drinks, food, bikes and never had to carry cash around. What a benefit!! We've been to Hilton Head several times but this by far was the best place to stay. It's like staying at the Westin but having a giant suite!! We could cook our own breakfast and lunch and go to dinner, instead of having to go out all the time. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great place!

When going to Hilton head in March, this is the perfect spot. You get the space of the condo and all of the amenities but the luxury of the Westin Hilton Head. Perfect combo at a time of year where the weather is a little unpredictable. The owners of the condo were fabulous.

The property was fine -- the owners were very unresponsive to solving problems

We stayed here about 3 weeks after the hurricane in 2016 only to find that all 3 golf courses associated with the condo (with reduced rates for those staying in the condo) were closed because of the damage which was very disappointing. But we had committed to flights, car rental and hotels in Savannah so cancelling wasn't an option (when pressed, the owners offered this option about 3 - 4 days before arrival). The condo was fine -- spacious and clean -- but a couple of days into the stay the ceiling started to leak near the kitchen, one of the kitchen sinks wouldn't drain and the dishwasher was also not draining. I wasn't that worried and just got on with it and washed the dishes by hand but I did find it curious that when I emailed the owners just to tell them of these problems so they knew, there was silence at their end. When we checked out, we noticed an incorrect charge for cleaning from Westin (despite having already paid for this as part of the total price). When I eventually emailed the owner asking when and how this would be resolved as well as when I would be receiving my refundable damage deposit, again there was nothing but silence. So I emailed them again. And then I called them and left a message asking them to reach out to me and help me get these refunds. Again there has been nothing but silence. So would I recommend staying here? A resounding no. There are many, many condos for rent in and around Hilton Head so why stay at a place that has had a great deal of damage from the recent storm with owners that you never hear from when you have a problem. Very disappointing.

Amazing, flexible, and accomadating owners. The villa is in a great location for pool, beach, and tennis access. The screened in porch and deck offer a great view of the lagoon and golf course. We are located in Augusta, Ga and purchased this property in 2015 because we love love love spending time at the beach. Hilton Head Island is our favorite beach and we would like for you to visit this incredible place.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because is is VERY spacious (1500 sq feet) PLUS 2 pools on site, a very short walk to the beach, access to the amenities at the Westin, and access to six golf courses at reasonable rates. If you don't want to make the short 5 minute walk to the beach, the shuttle arrives in 2 - 5 minutes.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is in Building 3 at the front of the property and our back screened in porch overlooks a breathtaking view of the golf course.
