Cozy studio apartment with balcony, very bright with sea view, newly renovated. Located on the Playa de las Canteras, one of the best urban beaches in the world. This beach offers different activities (surfing, beach tennis, canoeing ...) as well as leisure areas. It also has excellent restaurants of varied gastronomic offer, pharmacy and supermarkets.
Good public transport connection.
Very quiet area and excellent location!
