The 80 sq m house. it is located on the second floor of a 1700 building at the foot of the Rialto Bridge. It was completely restored in 2016 and consists of entrance hall, kitchen, large living room with sofa and table for 4 people, 2 double bedrooms, one with exposed beams, bathroom with shower. Kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster. Equipped with air conditioning and independent heating.

The precious period furniture combined with modern conveniences make it a comfortable and refined home. Inside you can breathe the authentic atmosphere of the ancient Venetian houses.

The host’s communication was excellent. She even sent me a video to explain how to find the apartment and get in. The apartment itself was fine. Some loose tiles in the floors, and the bathroom had a pervasive odor that was unpleasant. Beds were comfortable, but seating was not. Kitchen is equipped with some basics, and that was helpful for dining in. It should be noted that the apartment is in one of the city’s central areas, and therefore it was quite noisy until late in the evening. We anticipated this, so it was not an issue for us, but if you are a light sleeper, either bring earplugs or keep looking. WiFi was excellent. Also, apartment is on the 2nd floor up a narrow staircase, so be prepared if you are carrying heavy suitcases.
