Welcome to Laguna Place Cottages, home of the worlds most beautiful beaches! This triplex of cottages is directly across the street from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast on the Gulf.

You are viewing cottage C, which is the whole top floor. Their are 4 sets of sliding glass doors from which you can view the beautiful Gulf water as far as the eye can see. The spacious 35ft. porch allows for endless relaxation, entertainment and cool Gulf breezes. There are 3 large bedrooms- 2 have king size beds and 1 has a queen size as well as 2 full baths. Amenities inside include a washer and dryer, central air, New appliances, fully equipped kitchen, dining room table and large living room with plenty of seating.

Cottage C is perfect for 6 adults (max) and a 8 total.

In the backyard area there is parking for 3 vehicles as well as a custom deck with grill as well as a new 500 pound ice machine!

One block to the west, Laguna Place has the convenience of the Carousel market with liquor store and gift shop. One block east is the famous Thomas Donuts, ice cream & sandwich shop. Just 3-1/2 miles east is Pier Park which offers many attractions, restaurants and shopping.
