A romantic and unique design house boat on the Amstel river in Amsterdam

We offer you a unique luxury design houseboat at a beautiful location in Amsterdam. The boat is 10 minutes from the center of the city but also near to the rural surroundings of Amsterdam. This place has been developing rapidly in recent years and is also called "little Manhattan".
You can fully relax here and if you are a musician you can play all day and night without disturbing the neighbors.

The boat faces south and has a spacious balcony on three sides so that one can always enjoy the sun. The balcony on the water has a ladder which makes it possible to swim in the Amstel river all year round. We do it all the time.

The boat has 2 floors.
Upstairs there is a spacious living room with a sitting area, grand dining table and an open kitchen. The space is large and light and contains 3 enormous windows and sliding doors. Behind this glass front you'll find a terrace on which you have a magnificent view of the Amstel river.
On this floor there is one bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed that has it's own bay window.
On the other side of the living room there is a cabin room with a piano and a work desk that opens onto a side balcony.
You will also find the guest toilet on this floor.
Downstairs in the belly of the boat the other large bedroom with a queen size bed is situated, next to the spacious and characteristic bathroom with a rain shower, a free standing bath, a toilet and a double vanity.
