We had a fab stay at The Boathouse. It was spotlessly clean, very comfy and in the perfect location for us. We enjoyed our time so much that we are already planning a return visit.
A lovely quiet location with great views across the Solent. The property is beautifully decorated. The galley kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the ferries and cruise ships. Great location to visit the New Forest, Southampton, Beaulieu etc. Hythe has lots of coffee shops, fish and chips etc.
The property is fabulous - full of character with loads of interesting features. The views over Southampton Water are just stunning. Everything is clean and comfortable too. We enjoyed pleasant local walks in Hythe and access to the New Forest was easy. Handy Waitrose close by for essentials.
Lovely unique property, we loved watching all the shipping and wildlife from the comfortable sitting room.Location is so convenient for shops and restaurants.Would definitely book again.
We had a super stay at The Boat House in Hythe. The location is wonderful, right on the water for fabulous views and right next to the town for shopping and eating.
Our annual trip, the property has had a few upgrades since last year. We had great weather, but even if it's raining the view over Southampton Water is all you really need!
Great property, fantastic view over the comings and goings into Southampton. Good place to use as a base for exploring.
3rd time we've stayed, I'm sure we'll be back.
Our second visit - and just as good in winter as in May. Always something to see moving on Southampton Water, and also a good base for visits to other attractions. Waitrose is just across the road too!
