Penthouse, Costa del Sol, Malaga
Penthouse in front of the beach, in a quiet place, ideal to rest and enjoy the sun and the sea. You will find all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. With terrace in the same house and solarium on the top floor, for private use, with barbecue. There are establishments and public transport around that will facilitate your stay.
Residential and quiet area, with swimming pool (open during the months of June, July and August). The house consists of kitchen, fully equipped, with appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher ...) and the necessary household items (plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots ...). There is a bathroom and a toilet, with towels available. Two bedrooms with double beds and single bed, with the necessary bedding. The living room is cozy and comfortable, with a sofa bed. The terrace is ideal for breakfast and lunch, it is spacious. The house also has a solarium, provided with a barbecue, with wonderful views. Parking space available in private garage.
