Apartment Molino Blanco - Swimming Pool, Terrace with Sea-view, Close to Beach

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Molino Blanco district in Torrevieja. The accommodation can hold up to 4 people. Located only a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute drive to the centre of Torrevieja. The accommodation also benefits from having a large terrace with sea-view and a free access to the communal swimming pool and a tennis court. The area comprises of a clean, quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots green areas. Places such as the grocery store, restaurants and cafes are also located nearby.

Bedrooms:
The main bedroom has a double-bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have cupboards and wardrobes so you have enough space to store all your belongings comfortably. Has AC as well.

Kitchen:
Includes a fridge, microwave, electric hob, washing machine, toaster and plenty of storage space. You can also find all the pots and pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses and other kitchen appliances placed inside the cupboards, drawers or on the counter. Everything you need to prepare and serve a fabulous meal!

Lounge/Dinning Room:
Has a large dinning table, smart TV, a couch and an armchair. AC included. FREE Wi-Fi included.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and a bidet.

Terraces:
The apartment has two terraces. The smaller terrace can be accessed from the secondary bedroom and is great for sunbathing in the afternoon, once the sun has set its sights to the other side. The main terrace can be accessed from the living room. It has plenty of space and a BBQ grill which works perfectly for preparing delicious meat or seafood meals.

Parking:
FREE indoor parking included.

Please Note:
-All residents can access the tennis court and swimming pool all year round.

-Airport transfers can be arranged if required (please ask for further details).

-Check-in/Check-out need to be arranged beforehand. Check in is from 3pm until 8pm. Late check in fee is €30. Check out is no later than 10am.

-Please note that at this moment we do not have any TV channels. Although there is a smart TV in the living area it is mainly to be used to connect laptop or smartphone to it.

-The apartment is located on the second floor via stairs only.

Great stay with beautifull view.

Great place if you like a nice and quiet surrounding close to the sandy beach. A great terras with a view on the sea. The appartment has everything you need and is very complete.

3 semaines au paradis

Nous avons passés 3 semaines idéales sous le soleil. L appartement est très propre parfaitement équipé avec une magnifique terrasse avec vue mer. La belle plage est à 5mn à pied par un agréable chemin. La piscine surveillée est très agréable et propre tout comme les parties communes. La situation est idéale pour nous qui cherchions la tranquillité. Andrew le père du propriétaire avec qui nous avons été en contact a toujours été très reactif et à notre écoute malgré l éloignement. Séjour en famille parfait je recommande vivement l appartement d Arturas. Stéphane

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Alles war sauber, die Aussicht aufs Meer super und der Strand fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern unterwegs und auch das war ok. Allerdings muss man beachten, dass die Wohnung nur über recht viele Treppen erreichbar ist, was mit Kinderwagen unter Umständen schwierig sein kann. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Besonders positiv war, dass die Fenster komplett abgedunkelt werden können. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison da, daher war die gesamte Anlage extrem ruhig. Im Sommer kann dies natürlich anders sein. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

L'appartement d'Arturas est très bien et surtout très bien situé à proximité de la plage, il est super bien équipé il ne manque rien même le matériel de plage y est ☺️La propreté est parfaite S'il y a quelque chose à dire ça serait de changer le parasol qui est mal en point pour un plus grand car il ne protège pas assez du soleil surtout pour manger dehors à midi c'est le seul bémol 😌 La climatisation est nikel et un plus car chaud 👍 Encore un grand merci à arturas avec qui la communication a été excellente il est a l'écoute pour ses clients nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans son appartement où nous avons passés 10 j superbe en famille et avec notre petite chienne 👌🥰🤩👍🏖

Un agréable séjour dans une résidence soignée

Séjour très appréciable dans la résidence soignée et fleurie avec piscine privée (plusieurs bassins) et surveillée pour les enfants l’été. L’appartement est très bien agencé, équipé et tout confort. La grande terrasse avec barbecue et vue sur la mer est un réel plus. Nous avons apprécié y passer nos soirées. Les chambres climatisées permettent de passer des nuits un peu plus au frais. Nous avons apprécié le petit chemin juste en face de la résidence menant à la plage avec possibilité de faire une longue balade le long de la mer. Enfin, très bonne communication avec Arturas toujours très disponible et à l’écoute c’est appréciable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous retournons dans cette belle région.

Très bon séjour à la Mata

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence bien entretenue à 5 minutes de la plage. Il y a 2 chambres avec la climatisation ce qui est un plus en été. La terrasse est grande, on peut faire des barbecue avec une belle vue sur la mer, il y a aussi une autre terrasse avec une vue sur la piscine commune. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel (bon équipement). Pas de moustique, ni de cafard. Enfin un grand merci à Arturas qui a été reactif et à notre écoute tout au long du sejour malgré qu'il était à l'étranger. Nous recommandons cet appartement et nous y retournerons.

Home from home with amazing views.. perfect

Arrived after an early start and a grumpy teen, we opted for the pick up service and wasn't disappointed with both the value for money and the friendly service we received. The apartment was perfect with everything you could possible need for a relaxing holiday. The Air con in the bedrooms was a real bonus and meant we slept like babies each night after a busy day out exploring, especially with the beach being pretty much on the door step. We spent some lovely evenings on the beautiful patio area playing cards and enjoying the gorgeous view of the sea. This really was a fantastic place to stay our only grumble was it went too quick. The service we received from start to finish was excellent too. Thank you

Vacances en famille a Torrevieja.

Bonjour, Nous avons loué cet appartement dans le quartier Urbano molino Blanco vers la plage la Mata. A notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli par Andrey. L'appartement est très lumineux, très accueillant et de plus il est tout équipé. La terrasse très agréable avec la vue sur la mer apporte une ambiance décontractée et nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuners et dîners au calme sans aucun vis a vis. Il y a 2 chambres avec la climatisation parfait pour dormir avec les grosses chaleurs. wifi, tv, plage à 150 mètres avec accès direct sans passer par la route. Nous et nos enfants avons appréciés la piscine gardée ( parfait pour les enfants) surtout après la plage. Notre séjours a été parfait et sans surprises nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Arturas.
