Beautiful new and modern villa in Monticello 3 km from Ile Rousse and the beach. superb panoramic view of the sea, the red islands and the Corsican cape. calm and absolute relaxation. comfort
sunrise and sunset.
near to all facilities
Several sandy beaches are ideal for swimming.
This house offers plenty of space for a relaxing vacation.
Two bedrooms with double beds, one with private bathroom and direct access to the large terrace. In one bedroom there are two single beds. Another bathroom and separate toilet and a storage room are available. All bedrooms are on one level.
The house is located in a 5000 m2 Mediterranean garden directly below the village of Monticello where you will find Restaurant, grocery store, tennis courts, swimming pool, mini golf, horse riding center.
Private parking
The rental of household linen (sheets + towels) is available on request.
The deposit will be payable upon arrival of the holidaymaker in the amount of 1000 euros and will be returned on departure from the holidaymaker after an inventory of the house

Tout était parfait. Il y a juste un détail qui pourrait être amélioré : l’ajout d’un deuxième WC serait un plus quand le logement est occupé par 6 adultes. Nous pensions qu’il y en aurait un dans la SDB parentale comme c’est souvent le cas.

Maison magique, la vue incroyable, le confort, l'espace, la proximité des plages, la tranquillité, les équipements, l'accueil tout était au top avec en supplément la gentillesse de l'hôte. Nous avons passé a 5 avec 3 ados un magnifique séjour.

Résider à Monticello a été une très agréable expérience. La maison est très propre, moderne, agréable et au calme. La vue sur la baie de l'ile Rousse est spectaculaire et Chloė est disponible si besoin. Merci

Belle maison avec vue mer sublime

Belle maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût, très bien équipée. Suite parentale donnant sur la terrasse très agréable. Grande terrasse avec une vue sublime sur la mer, le port de l'île Rousse et île de la Pietra, formidable pour admirer les couchers de soleil. Encore merci à Chloé pour le cadeau de bienvenue qui nous a permit de connaître les produits corses. Je recommande vivement cette location où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Une très belle maison

C’est une très belle maison avec une vue spectaculaire sur le port d’Ile Rousse et la mer. L’ameublement est de très bon goût et la maison offre tout le confort. Antoinette est très gentille, on peut toujours s’adresser à elle, si c’est nécessaire. Merci !

Panorama fantastique

Nous étions un groupes de 6 adultes ayant séjourné au cours du mois de Mai dans cette charmante maison située au Monticello. L'accueil des propriétaires fut impeccable, la maison est propre, lumineuse avec une vue panoramique sur l'ile rousse. La terrasse est grande et le jardin est en contre bas de la maison. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette location
