Brand New Large 4 Bedroom House Located in a Quiet Village with Hot Tub

A large detached four bedroom house. It is a new build with large Bi Fold doors to access the private south facing garden. It has an open plan airy feel with large kitchen , utility room , 4 bedrooms with 2 en suites. It has a large drive and off street parking for up to 3 cars.
The house has large fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, 2 ovens and induction hob. There is a utility room with a washer/dryer for your use and a wine cooler fridge.
There is a large open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has 48" smart TV with Virgin media.
There is a large master bedroom and ensuite with double shower. The second bedroom has an ensuite. There are 2 further bedrooms. There is a large house bathroom. All the bedrooms have a digital TV. There is a private south facing garden with Brand New 7 seater Hot Tub and garden sofa and table. PLEASE NOTE The hot Tub is an additional 300.00 per stay. The hot tub and garden is only available up to 10pm due to the close proximity to our neighbours.
.We live next door and will welcome you and help you familiarise yourself with the accommodation. We will be around throughout your stay for any help you may need.
We have a folding single Z bed and can provide an extra air mattresses if required for more guests. We also have a Hauck Travel Cot which is suitable for children from Newborn to 3 years and a highchair.

The House is situated in a small village with a lovely local traditional pub, a small supermarket, fish and chip shop and Indian restaurant. Within 5 mins of a large retail park that offers shopping, restaurants and a large cinema . It is close to Leeds City Centre (about 15 mins by car) which offers all the fantastic amenities of a dynamic cosmopolitan City, including the Leeds First Direct Arena and the new Leeds Trinity Shopping Centre and Victoria Gate.

The Yorkshire Dales and beautiful areas of Harrogate, Otley and York are all a short drive away. We are about 40 mins drive away from Haworth and Bronte Country. Leeds newest attraction is the Emmerdale Studio Experience which is 5 miles away at the Yorkshire TV studios.

Amazing place

Such an amazing place. The owners went above and beyond. They were so helpful and made some excellent muffins. Would definitely recommend this place. Great location with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

We used this venue to hold a baby shower and we could not have been more pleased. Incredibly spacious open plan lounge/kitchen, perfect for social settings. Beautiful bedrooms with some ensuite. Jo was available at all touch points before/during the stay and baked some beautiful cupcakes for our arrival. We will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful home and home owner

This was a very nice home. Clean, contemporary, has a pleasant feel and atmosphere. Everything you need is available. Joanne, the owner is one of the best owner I have dealt with. She went the extra mile and had some stuff in the fredig , coffee, tea, biscuits etc. She lives next door so help if needed is quick. She is also very responsive. All in all top notch experience.

Great House for Family Christmas

Lovely and warm property with plenty of room for everyone at the table for Christmas dinner and 2 ovens plus a large induction hob in the kitchen to make cooking easy. Oh and a wine fridge which left room for food in the main fridge!! Great bathrooms and plenty of off road parking space. All in all it worked really well for us and we would thoroughly recommend.
