Carefully decorated, comfortable, bright, located in a quiet neighbourhood, it's perfect for 3 couples of friends or 2 families wishing to discover Bordeaux & the region in all seasons.

Rare town centre location, it allows 3 cars to park: 2 in the enclosed garage & 1 in front of the house (private outdoor parking).

15 walking min to the Golden Triangle with a hypermarket (Unesco World Heritage), plus the calmness, space and accessibility by car.

Great location

Low key neighborhood within easy walking distance of all you need to see Bordeaux center. Bus stop close by. Many options for shopping and dining. Great gathering place after a day of sight seeing. Wonderful to have off street parking if you have a vehicle.

A nice and quirky house

We really enjoyed our stay in this quirky French house, which has all the facilities that you could imagine. The owner was excellent in their communication and we've enjoyed the stay greatly. It's a short walk to the to the local immunities and nice stroll into the city centre.

Spacious and lovely (quirky) house with everything you could possibly need. Quiet residential location but near bus/ tram and some shops and restaurants. It was fantastic to have so much space and different areas to sit together. Comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommended

Perfect stay for visiting Bordeaux

This house is the perfect stay for Bordeaux. Quit neighborhood, great house and within 20-25 min walk downtown Bordeaux. Also very nice and cooperative host. One small detail. We were with 7 people, with one toilet sometimes a little challenge. But overal 5 ⭐️ rating! Highly recommend!

Zentrale, sehr ruhige Lage, sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht, kpl. Küchenausstattung, etc. sehr sauber.Alles wie beschrieben und noch besser. Was auch sehr wichtig war, die Garage.Die Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Supermarkt in der Nähe.Optimales Haus für eine Besichtigung von Bordeaux.Sehr empfehlenswert.

Une très belle maison bien située

Maison grande et magnifique, à 10min à pieds du tramway et 25min du plein centre. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire Annick. Les 4 chambres sont très spacieuses (dont une avec sdb). La salle de bain principale est par contre un peu petite pour 8 pers et ne se verrouille pas de l'intérieur. La cuisine est bien équipée et la colocation avec BULIE le poisson rouge s'est bien passée 😋. Gros avantage => les 2 places de parking (une dans le garage et l'autre devant). Tous les documents touristiques sont mis à disposition des voyageurs. Un super WE sur Bordeaux, merci bcp. Je recommande sans problème

Maison au top idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Annick, très spacieuse et bien équipée où il fait bon passer ses vacances. Le plus à Bordeaux c'est le garage car toutes les rues sont payantes. Transport en commun à proximité à 5 minutes. Propriétaire très accueillante.

Hyggeligt hjem i gå afstand til Bordeaux centrum

Vi var 7 personer i en meget varm weekend i Juli +30 grader, så vi var meget glade for at huset havde et velfungerende centralt luftkølingsanlæg. Huset er fint og hyggeligt- og der er 3 gode dobbeltværelser og et børneværelse med en enkelt seng på første sal i huset. Det passed perfekt til os! Man kan gå til centrum (Placa Gambetta) på ca 20 min men der er også en station for bycykler 5 min fra huset, hvis man foretrækker at cykle. Bemærk det er et privat hjem og ikke en udlejningslejlighed, så det er mere personligt indrettet. God og hurtig kommunikation med ejeren, der lod os efterlade baggage efter tjek ud. Der er også gratis parkering indkluderet i lejen.

Belle maison bien localisée pour visiter Bordeaux. La salle de jeu a été très appréciée. Il y a bien 4 chambres (3 lits doubles + 1 lit simple) en sus du canapé lit a l'étage inférieur. Recommandé !
