Master bedroom and bath is on the upper level. All three levels have sliding glass doors with a deck. The second and third bedrooms are in the middle level. There are two bathrooms on this level. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, and a half bathroom. Rich, hardwood floors throughout the house.
Fantastic ocean views, quiet location, and a short walk to the lake make this a great spot for a relaxing get away!

This is the second year we have stayed here and we loved it. The convenience of the location is excellent. We can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to several businesses. The location is close enough to the boardwalk to walk if you want but far enough removed that there is quiet on the balcony of the bedrooms to enjoy the serene view without chaos.The place is clean and beautiful with gorgeous views from 2 of the bedrooms and the main level. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend staying here.

It is a very nice condo with everything that you need and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect walk out the door and the beach is right there. You have a great view of the beach from each floor. We had one small problem with the bathroom toilet and Nick was there to fix it .

Beautiful Condo.Property Host Nick was wonderful.The only thing that I was concerned with is after climbing the steps to the living area, it would be very easy for someone to trip or fall on the step entrance - need additional safety rails there by the sofa. Also, additional hand rails would be nice for older folks climbing the steps. Other than those 2 items - we loved it.
