Situé sur le Cap d'Antibes à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de La Garoupe et des épiceries et à 15 minutes à pied des restaurants et de la plage de La Salis.

Freshly new renovated private two rooms guest house with sea and garden view. 43 square meters and 15 square meters of terrace. Really calm location! You can enjoy wonderful views and relax by the private pool.

NO WIFI

Free private parking just outside the house. Private pool, small kitchen (with fridge and microwave), bathroom and a separate toilet.

Situated on Cap d'Antibes with in 10 minutes walk from the beach of La Garoupe and grocery shops and 15 minutes walk from La Salis restaurants and beach. Best if you have a car. There is a bus stop 200 meters from the house. 30 minutes walk from old town of Antibes. 10 minutes drive to Juan Les Pins and 20 minutes to Cannes.

Air conditioning, heat in both rooms and a big closet at the entrance. One bedroom with 2 single beds which can be brought together and one large sofa bed in living room. Both rooms have a big joining terrace.

Coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto) can be rented for an extra 15 euros per stay.

The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably, with a fresh modern feel, fully equipped with towels, bedding etc. Please note that children are accepted, but no security installations in the house.

You can smoke outside the house or on the terrace, but not inside the house. No parties and loud music allowed.

Check out time: until 11am

Perfect spot for a break. Beautiful sea view. Just in front of a rocky beach. Not far from the sandy beach, cities of Antibes and Juan les Pins and restaurants. Enjoy the walk around Cap d'Antibes and its' beautiful nature. A perfectly positioned newly renovated house between Juan Les Pins and Antibes, unwind and relax on the sunny terrace, enjoying the peace, tranquillity and beautiful relaxing smell of the pine trees. The house is set in a beautiful pine wooded area. With stunning sea views the peaceful terrace is the perfect place to relax, unwind, whilst sipping a chilled glass of Rose, soaking up the Mediterranean sunshine before taking a refreshing dip in the pool.
Nice airport is a 40 minute drive away.

We are on site to help guests but do not intrude on their privacy.

Gorgeous sunrise over the Mediterranean

This private guest house has exquisite views of the Mediterranean and the yachts cruising and anchoring in its path. The guest house and pool are secluded, private and surrounded by a lush garden landscape. If you are looking to relax, unwind, and escape to enjoy some down time enjoying wine on your deck or lounging in a chaise by the beautiful pool set by the sea this minimalist refined guest house with parking close to town will be your dream spot.

Best Urlaub in Antibes

Ksenia was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. She provided all needed information about Antibes. The Haus was lovely, clean, air conditioned. We enjoyed everything about it particularly well designed pool area. We loved staying hier. The lokation and a view was fantastic. Can highly recommended this place. Definitely considering to come back. p.s. you get the proximity to many sights combined with your own quite and beautiful place to relax.
