Great place to stay!

Lovely studio apartment in the Sonesta Hotel in Coconut Grove. The unit is very modern, updated and includes small kitchen area with a fridge. Very bright and clean with a great balcony and view. The owner was always very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Good area, with many restaurants within walking distance. Loved this place!

We stayed at this property during the Coconut Grove Art Festival weekend. It is right in the middle of restaurants, shops, walks in the park and by the water, and of course the festival. The big room - which is located nearly at the top of a hotel that includes regular rooms and residences - is divided into a kitchen area and a bedroom area, with a comfortable king-size bed. The host communicated with us several times to ask how things were going. There is a Fresh Market as well as a CVS within a 10 minute walk.

Super convenient, well appointed

The studio was perfectly located to wander through Coconut Grove. Parked the car and walked the rest of the weekend. Well appointed studio. Only issue was trouble getting the hot water in the shower, but we eventually figured it out.

Lorelei is a fabulous Owner

I have now had the pleasure of three different properties rented out by Lorelei. What a fabulous job and diligent effort she puts in to have EVERY one the occupant in her properties. She personally answers tenent’s calls and helps them through whatever their issues, but mostly questions, are. She is respectful, clear, and diligent in providing top notch service to her renters! Place was clean and very convenient. Property looks exactly like pictures. Parking on site a plus. Several restaurants and coffee shops around. Easy drive to different areas of interest. Would stay again.
