The main bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and fitted wardrobes. The spare bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be put together to make a super king bed, TV and fitted wardrobes.
Both bathrooms have a bath with a shower over it. A hot tub and bidet in the en-suite bathroom.
The living room with comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, dining table with seating for 4, Free Wifi, Smart TV with English, Spanish and International channels. Large patio doors leading to the terrace with a round table, 6 chairs, parasol, and 2 sun loungers - for exclusive use of the guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
The utility room houses a washing machine and a boiler. There is an iron and ironing facilities available. Also available two sun chairs and beach towels that can be taken out by the guests to the beach.

La Duquesa has a very Spanish feel and where you can sample tapas in one of it's many Spanish restaurants or bars along the promenade or simply soak up the sun on the golden sandy beaches that run as far as the eye can see.
For the golfers among you, you will find several award winning golf courses within easy driving distance of the complex, Duquesa Golf being the nearest which is just 2 minutes away by car.

A car is recommended - places like Casares, Estepona, Sotogrande are only 10 minute drive away, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus and Marbella - all can be reached within 30 minutes by car!!
