Great stay

Great stay in Coconut Grove. Only issues were the bar/restaurant was not open. The TV did not work in the room. No channels were available...

Outstanding host

Lorelei is am amazing host. She manages several properties. And yet… she is always available on the phone! I am not sure how! But… starting with all of that which you expect, is always in the room. And, after one settles in, she always answers her phone or respinds to texts very promptly. Terrific lady!

Really nice property in a great location. Room was perfect size for my wife and I. Internet worked great. Pool on the 8th floor had a tremendous view and the staff were very nice. Communication with the host was great. Check in was very smooth, as was check out.
