Exe View is a neat cottage attached to a house in the Devon coastal town of Dawlish. The cottage sleeps two people in one downstairs double bedroom with en suite shower room. Upstairs is a sitting room with dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a shared balcony with lovely views and a sitting out area in the owner's’ garden. About a mile from the town centre and beach, Exe View is a brilliant base to discover the delights of a Devon holiday.

Dawlish Warren has a selection of shops selling essentials, a golf course and a 55-acre nature reserve, an area of international importance for wildlife, and a roosting site for huge numbers of wading birds and wildfowl that winter on the estuary
