Awesome place

I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay at Kirsten and Tim's place. It was 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and within an easy10 minute walk to so many different bars and restaurants. The place itself was very clean and had a nice beachy feel to it. The furniture was very comforatable and it was nice that Kirsten and Tim lived right below so if I ever needed anything they were there in miutes. I will definitely stay here again.

Vacation in St Pete Beach

I rented this condo for my son and his fiance. This rental was a great location just a block from my condo in Lovely St Pete Beach . A great location and the owner was very easy to work with . Highly recommended ! This is what my son and fiance had to say. Our stay here was fantastic! The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we could have imagined and then some. We felt very at home here. Kirsten was very nice and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Thank you!

The courtesy and kindness were unmatched!!The property owner positively adds to this wonderful suite

The owner went out of her way to accommodate our needs and wants. Very clean and comfortable! Location is an A plus. Owner went as far a buying us a Brand new television to accommodate our desires. The BEST !!!

It only takes 3 minutes from stepping out your door until your toes touch the sand. This area of Upham Beach in St. Pete has been voted the best beach in America multiple years in a row. We have shopping, dining, night life, great transportation options and the friendliest people around!
