Terrazzo apartment is located at 15 minutes by foot or five minutes by car from historic centre, a magic lakefront, Villa Melzi gardens, Lido solarium and dance club, ferry, shops… a beach ideal for swimming during summer season, and all best restauraunts.

Ideal apartment for a couple, in a building with a garden around and private parking (n. 9) in the court.

A spacious living/dining area with table, four chairs and a sofa , a television and a confortable private balcony with armchairs and table.. From your private balcony a relaxing view to the garden.

The Best

Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna and Menaggio first. We wish we could have stayed longer there! Totally recommend them, they also have couple more places I’m sure they will be great too Thank you ❤️

My husband and I stayed here last week! Weary travelers when we arrived, but Monica met us at the ferry station, brought us to the flat and shared so much about the area. She even took us to the market to get some items for our stay. What a delightful flat! So very comfortable and clean! We sat on the balcony, even while raining, and enjoyed the lovely area. I have absolutely nothing negative to share about this flat - it was perfect for us. Too bad it rained so much . . .but it was very relaxing after spending two and a half weeks sightseeing all over Italy. Lovely, lovely, lovely! My only suggestion would be to have a phone for local calls. We had a global phone that ended up not working and it would have been nice to have a phone for emergencies. Thank you Monica and Paola!!

Excellent Bellagio

We went to Bellagio with our 5 and 4 year old kids. The place was perfect for us. It was on a quiet neighborhood and a little outside the Bellagio City Center. We would walk for about 10 - 15 with beautiful views to get to the center. We rented a car so it was extremely convenient to have parking. The kids enjoyed it very much. In fact we were in Italy for almost two weeks and this is the place the remember the most! Thank you Monica.

Avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée , toutes les conseils nous ont été fournis, et nos hotes étaient souples sur l heure d arrivée. L appartement est situé au premier étage sans ascenseur, d'un petit immeuble très calme a proximité d"'un petit supermarché ,environ 5OOM ou l'on peut se rendre à pied sans soucis, on y trouve également du pain.il est ouvert le dimanche matin mais fermé le lundi, il y en un deuxième un peu plus loin ouvert le lundi mais plus cher , et fréquenté davantage par touristes. Pour se rendre au centre de BELLAGIO, s'y rendre à pied car impossible se garer, comptez 2O mn, chemin agréable, ça monte et ça descend...... si vous etes francais et habitué à votre bol de café noir le matin emportez une cafetière éléctrique, sinon NESCAFE.... Il y a une petite cafetiere italienne permettant faire très bon moka mais l'équivalant de 2 petites tasses, bien pour le midi.sinon rien ne manque pour cuisiner "vacances" bellagio est très agréable pour se balader, très animé plus que come ou varenne ou menaggio, c'est l endroit à choisir pour rayonner dans les alentours.... LA villa CARLOTTA est à faire, prevoir 3 HEURES sur place, à voir aussi Varenne et Menaggio ainsi que le jardin ou l'on peut se rendre à pied au contrebas de bellagio.pour aller à COME prendre bus a Bellagio en face du ferry tres économique et facile..les horaires sont affichés. vous conseillons de faire vos excuursions le matin, moins de monde et les orages se déclarent surtout l'après midi. le premier patissier sur la gauche en arrivant dans bellagio en partant de l'appartement a du meilleur pain, et de très bonnes glaces moins chères qu'ailleurs.... Un peu plus loin une petite terrasse en face autre marchand de glace ou l'on peu boire d 'excellents café et cappucino , meilleurs que sur le port. et accueil sympathique.....Nous sommes restés une semaine debut juin, il y avait déjà du monde, je pense que juillet aout doivent etre moins cool....... Avons apprécié la wifi....Pas de chaine francaise...BREF nous conseillons cette location a toute personne pouvant se déplacer a pied....

la vacanza è stata breve ma ottima, l'appartamento è veramente situato in posizione strategica a due passi dal centro, lo abbiamo trovato completamente ristrutturato, arredato con molto buon gusto e completo di qualsiasi accessorio, e naturalmente pulito, l'accoglienza è stata più che cordiale e molto utile anche per i consigli sui ristoranti e le varie escursioni, pertanto lo consigliamo caldamente sia per famiglie che per brevi vacanze romantiche. Les commerçants locaux sont très agréables, Bellagio avec le soleil est magnifique, et en faisant attention, on peut éviter les pièges à touristes . Avec, à la clef, un gros avantage : le parking privé . Pas d'hésitations !!!

"Appartement confortable et très bien placé pour les balades dans la région. Accueil sympa et bonnes explications complète et rapide dela part de Monica, malgré notre arrivée un peu tardive ! L''album dans l''appartement contient toutes les informations utiles. Terrasse agréable pour prendre l''apéro en regardant les couchers de soleil.Le balcon permet également de prendre ses repas. "La location est tout à f...

"La location est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce : c'est appréciable. Avantage pour des courtes durées : le prix des nuitées est affiché sur le site... (contrairement à d'autres annonces qui proposent des courts séjours sans afficher le prix/nuitée). Le supplément demandé pour chauffage et nettoyage reste correct. Petit appartement agréable et fonctionnel pour 2-3 personnes (même notre adolescent de 17 a beaucoup aimé), situé proche du centre de Bellagio : nous avons apprécié. Pratique en tout point de vue. Le parking privé doit être un vrai "+" en pleine saison... L'accueil des propriétaires a été très sympathique et chaleureux, malgré le retard à notre notre arrivée... Grand merci encore à eux !"
