The village is located at the foot of Monte Capanne and surrounded by imposing granite boulders and Mediterranean scrub. From the central square you go down to the pebble beach, loved by those who practice snorkeling and diving, frequented by families for the crystal clear water and of particular interest is the presence of the wreck of the Elviscot, a small freighter sunk in 1972 after a violent storm, who had pushed him to the Ogliera rock a few dozen meters from the beach. Today it lies on a seabed of just 12 meters and represents one of the most popular destinations for divers.
