Welcome to your dream oceanfront retreat at 396 Neptune Ave., Encinitas. This luxurious 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom beachfront home offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, accommodating up to 17 guests. Each bedroom is uniquely designed, featuring a mix of king, queen, and twin bunk beds, ensuring a restful night for all. The master suites boast en-suite bathrooms, while the Jack & Jill bathroom provides convenience for connected rooms.

The open-concept living area is ideal for gatherings, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes modern appliances like a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided coffee maker and toaster. Relax on the expansive deck, complete with a private BBQ grill and a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

The property also features a private spa, panoramic doors leading to ocean views, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Wireless internet, air conditioning, and ceiling fans ensure comfort throughout your stay. Linens, beach towels, and all necessary amenities are provided for your convenience.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Fantastic place! It was really beautiful and clean. Right on the beach. We could hear the waves inside. Hot tub was a huge plus. It’s a great area near lots of good restaurants and beach walks. Overall quiet and friendly. One of the nicer places I have stayed. The owners were so easy to work with. Highly recommend.

For a large group gathering this was the perfect house. Parking on the street is challenging for guests, but there are 4 spots for the folks staying there. Eight bedrooms are all great.

Home is perfect for a large group, views from the deck are amazing. Kitchen is well stocked. House could use an update and the hot tub is showing it’s age. But for a large group it was a great vacation.

Neptune - ocean view on the bluff

Great floor plan for extended family - 8 good-sized bedrooms with king or queen beds. Open kitchen/dining/family room for extended family to spend time together. Fabulous patio with plenty of chairs and loungers. Beautiful bluff and ocean view enjoyed from the patio and main floor and 2 bedrooms on oceanside.

This house was fully stocked and very close to the beach. The only downside like many others reviewed is that most of the bedrooms are quite warm. All in all great house!

Delightful Weekend!

This place is a dream! We had a celebration of birthdays for family and needed a way to get together. This house is big enough to accommodate 17 people plus at least 5 cars (parked on the steeet) and the all the stuff that comes with it! Check-in and check-out was super simple and the neighborhood was perfect. The Stone Steps beach is around the corner and was our lifeline! We LOVED it!

Overall great! Responsive management. Could use a little TLC on small stuff. Door adjustments, more towels, some weather worn paint. The place is right above the waves. Overall, terrific and everyone loved the place and the view. Very good for a group of eight doing a business retreat. Could use a garbage disposal.

Perfect beach week

Great location with amazing ocean views from the main deck, hot tub and master bedroom deck. Easy 1 block walk to stone steps public beach access and less than a 10 minute walk to PCH for food, coffee, etc. Cooked a big Easter dinner and had all we needed for prep and dining for our extended family. We also enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Customer service was very responsive when we needed to ask about the breaker for the hot tub. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Amazing Outdoor Space

Lovely property which easily accommodated our group of 17 family members, ages 1 to 75. The ping pong table was well used by all. The well designed and stocked kitchen which included two refrigerators and ovens made preparing meals for a large group a delight. We were blessed with wonderful weather so the majority of time was spent on the deck or on the beach. Each morning and evening we were able to watch dolphins swimming in front of the property. A wonderful overall experience!

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was great. The unit did t have everything that was pictured. Window in the second ocean view room was cracked and ruined so couldn’t see through it very well. Many games and things to do do, pool table and table tennis was great for the kids! Kitchen seemed stocked! Had an overall wonderful time here. Beach access close by was closed. (03/23)
