The listing did disclose that the property was part of a duplex; however, we understand that the layout may not have been as clear as it could have been. We have since edited the listing to make it more explicit that guests are renting the bottom unit of the duplex, rather than the entire property. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper. These items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of a stay, so guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed. We appreciate your suggestions regarding the kitchen cookware and baking supplies and will share them with our team. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the barbecue grill and have since addressed those issues. Regarding the refrigerator, we would like to clarify that the built-in ice maker is not connected due to the corrosive effects of the salty ocean air. To ensure guests still have plenty of ice, we provide a countertop ice maker as an alternative. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback.
