Singular Stays Parque Central II

Our guest will have at their disposal in the apartment one double bed, one double sofa bed, one bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with freezer, fridge, microwave, coffe maker, keetle

In addition, the loft has free wifi, air conditioning and heating and Smart TV.



The building has reception from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 18 pm. After this time, guest can pick up the tkey by themselves using an auto check in sistem. During the weekend, our guest can use our paig luggage storage based at the reception.



For our cycling customers, we offer bike parking and bicycle workshop, both completely free.



A deposit will be charged before the start of the stay.

DifficultĂ©s Ă  s’assurer de l’appartementl

Le jour de l’arrivĂ©e nous sommes tenus dans le suspense Ă  savoir si tout va bien aller et que nous aurons l’appartement. Outre la rĂ©servation et une information que nous recevrions une confirmation avec code d’entrĂ©e par courriel rien de plus et rien du gĂ©rant de l’immeuble. DĂ©marches difficiles pour rejoindre le locateur et aller Ă  ses buteaux. Le paiement avec rĂ©servation n’aurait pas Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©. Beaucoup de problĂšmes avec le logiciel de paiement
de sorte que sans le savoir cela n’a pas marchĂ© et n’eut Ă©tĂ© de notre dĂ©termination Ă  nous rendre aux bureaux du locateur, nous n’aurions pas eu de place ou rester. Une fois cela rĂšgle ce fut bien, mais ce fut stressant et refaire un paiement sans savoir s’il Ă©tait en double ou non..

L'appartement est sympa et le lit est confortable. Le quartier du logement est vraiment sympa. Les appartements au rez-de-chaussée sont bruyants. Les autres locataires ne voient pas qu'il y a un appartement et font du bruit (en revanche, on n'entend pas la rue).

Perfecto para visitar Valencia

Departamento muy limpio, como nuevo, Linda decoración, cocina bien equipada y se encuentra al lado de Buenos restaurantes, pastelerias, bares y muy cerca del centro para ir a pie. Se escucha muy fuerte cuando utilizan el baño o se duchan en el departamento de arriba especialmente y cuando entra la gente al edificio y suben las escaleras .
