Wonderful lakefront cottage on Lake Muskoka near Bala and Torrance for rent May 31-Oct. 31. 7 day minimum July 1 to Labour Day. Waterfront has good and easy access. Great swimming for all. Large dock, 2 Stand up paddle boards, paddle boat, and small kayak. Very private protected location. Fire pit. Cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) and 1.5 bathrooms. Cabin has 2 bdrms (1 queen and a single over double bunkbed) & a 2 piece washroom. BBQ, TV no cable or satellite, WIFI, 100 HORSEPOWER BOAT AVAILABLE FOR EXTRA for extra $$$. Electric baseboard heating. During July and August rentals must be 7 night minimum.

Leave kitchen door closed and unlocked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not drink the tap water NO extra guests unless cleared by us in advance. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.
NO Parties or Loud Music. Keep music & noise down at all times particularly between the hours of 10pm to 8am.
If our neighbours complain to us we will warn you. After this your damage deposit will be forfeited. See other rules posted on fridge.
