We very much enjoyed our

We liked our recent stay at Waterville holiday home. It was in a good location near the village and good access to the beautiful countryside. Marta was very welcoming and friendly. It was very expensive to heat and keep warm, we had to go in February as we had a family occasion in Waterville.

I have many issues with this house, firstly the house just wasn’t clean, dead bugs on the floors, cobwebs everywhere, stains on the bed linen, mould and dirt on the blinds and curtains. Then there was the dampness of everything, the bed linens were cold to the touch and smelled like dampness, we even had my parents bring us new linens from there house. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken so unless you are 5ft tall you have to hold it to wash the rest of your body. Not even a smart TV in the house which is just odd nowadays and all the remotes had not backs for the batteries We will not stay at this house ever again and since I grew up in the town I will be going back most years and for the price it is a disgrace

Waterville

We had a great stay at the home in Waterville once we were able to get into the house. There was confusion about how to pick up the key and the number we had for the manager didn't work. Luckily a nice person working nearby was able to contact the manager. We were also unaware that we had to order towels in advance and were pleased that the manager dropped some off to us promptly, which we appreciated.

Heating was not working properly

The house is quite big and is also in a very good location, very near town and beach. It also has a big kitchen and the bedrooms are a good size. The Manager was very nice and explained everything to us on our day of arrival. Heating did not work properly and this was a bit of a problem as the weather was not very good while we stayed and we had to light the fire every evening. Also there could be a small few repairs done around house as handle on bathroom door was not working properly.
