In the heart of Leblon two blocks from the beach. 2 Bedrooms, one w/ queen bed & the other 2 single beds. Air conditioned in both Bdr and Living room. Large closets. One full bath and one half bath. Full kitchen with new ceiling fan, all appliances, dishes etc. Linens, towels, chair and beach towels. Telephone, WiFi, 2 TV's with DVD player, washing machine. Convenient desk at master bedroom. Totally remodeled.
No long term rents available. Minimum stay 3 nights, maximum stay two weeks.

Born in Rio but have lived most of my live in California. My husband and I are retired and we love to travel. We are in Rio every year for a few months, visiting family and friends and overseeing the property so everything is in order, clean and inviting to be a great vacation.

Why they chose this property

The street where the apt is located, is the same that I grew up. Back then not many buildings and the trees were small not even cose as they are today. A canopy in the street!
My husband enjoys the stories I tell him from my younger years. It's a wonderful location in Rio and a trip to the past.

What makes this property unique

It is a very cozy apartment, close to the beach and to plenty grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment options. Also close to Metro, hundreds of taxis anytime, the sidewalks always
alive, a great point.
