Welcome to Long Beach Resort, where you will begin your long awaited vacation in this lovely unit overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the unbelievable, wall to wall floor to ceiling ocean views from every room of this spacious, 1400 square foot condo located on the eighth floor of Tower 4, the newest tower at Long Beach. The resort is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a super WalMart right across the street! There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 sq ft) with islands and waterfalls, three whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), on-site bar and grill (seasonal), jet ski/umbrella chair rental on site as well as 24 hour gated access and security with plenty of parking.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a queen size sleeper sofa and a large 55" flat screen tv. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two queen beds in the second bedroom, both bedrooms have new flat screen TV's. Each bedroom has a full bath with double marble vanities. The guest bathroom has a large garden tub and the master bathroom features a walk in shower. The full kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tableware with plenty of upgraded cabinets to store your groceries! The kitchen also features new granite countertops and backsplash! The living/dining area and both bedrooms open out onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 sq ft of sandy white beach. This Unit is Non Smoking, No Pets Allowed, and Renter Must Be at Least 25 Years of Age and Occupy the Unit for the Entire Rental Period!!

Long Beach 3rd stay

Property is great. This unit could have used a good cleaning but you cant beat the floor to ceiling windows and the open, spacious layout, and that view!!! Condo was set up nicely, with some great upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Bathrooms need some work. A little dated but still well equipped. The room wasnt dusty, dirty or sandy, but we just had to rewipe surfaces that were visible and missed during the last cleaning (fridge, table and chairs, night stands). Bedding was clean and comfortable. Very nice furniture on the balcony to enjoy meals and the view. Plenty of dishes to make your own meals, a nice keurig and newer washer and dryer. This was our 3rd stay at this resort. They keep all hallways, pools and common areas very clean, and have an amazing lagoon pool, which is perfect for when double red flags are flying. We highly recommend Long Beach.
