Excellent duplex apartment for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, WIFI, air conditioning and parking in a private luxury urbanization (with security) right in Playa Paraíso.
The apartment is all on one floor (ground floor) with 3 bedrooms. It is equipped with 4 beds, a double bed, 2 singles and a trundle bed that can be converted into a double bed. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower, and the other with a bathtub. It has a large terrace with its table and sun loungers.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay:
Bath and beach towels, sheets, blankets. The final cleaning included in the price. Kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, blender, iron and hair dryer. Air conditioning, free private WIF Private parking included, possibility of an extra seat, only on request. Baby crib and chair free of charge, but on request. Other extra equipment only on request.
The area is ideal for relaxation and also to go with children. It is a private residential complex, totally enclosed and with private parking spaces. It has: 3 swimming pools, of which one is heated and children's pool. Pool bar open all day where you can eat and dine. Common area for games, reading, WIFI, etc.
The urbanization is located in a quiet area. It is recommended to have a car, however, it is only 5 minutes walking from the beach of the Hard Rock Hotel, supermarkets, and a cafeteria. The area connects very well with the rest of the island since only 10 minutes by car are the most tourist areas of the island.
The urbanization is located 5 minutes walk from 2 great beaches, golf course and bus services to Adeje.

Main Bedroom - There is sufficient room for a King size bed The heavy wardrobe doors liable to come off runners.
En-suite bathroom cramped.
double room - ok, the lower walls need attention replastering. It was very gloomy.
Single room, also gloomy with no absolutely no windows!
Family bathroom ok.
Utility was very roomy in comparison to other areas!
Kitchen area not enough lighting, not enough storage,
Found the oven difficult and needed instruction manual. The hob needs updating.
Extractor fan - no instructions as to how to use it ( I advised 3 sets of people as to where it was and how to access it).
There is insufficient utensils and bowls.
Crockery and cutlery were not uniform.
Main living area : furniture cheap and functional at best, couch dirty and needs cleaning or upgrading.
Cleaning materials: inadequate and need throwing out and replacing. A vacuum for us would have been indispensable.
Three months stay without these facilities was not good.
( please don't say 'we should have asked, they should have been there on our arrival!)
An Instruction manual would have been extremely useful i.e. how the various equipment worked, about the area and where the local supermarkets were located etc..
Despite these comments we generally liked both the apartment and the complex, especially the on-site restaurant. Thank you for having us!

Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien! Fijn dat de auto in de parkeergarage kon staan.

Notre séjour était super! L'appartement est nickel, la piscine pas tout à fait, mais était parfaite pour nos retours d'excursions.
Tout est présent dans l'appartement, la terrasse et la ve sur la mer est idéale.
Die Wohnung entspricht genau den eingestellten Fotos.
Wunderbar ist die große Terrasse mit Überdachung. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Poollandschaft großzügig.
Etwas nachteilig ist, dass die Wohnung relativ hellhörig ist, je nach Nachbarschaft ist das mehr oder weniger störend.
Ein Auto ist sehr sinnvoll, man kommt aber schnell zu schönen Stränden und anderen Ausflugszielen.
Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir haben es sehr genossen.
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (ages 4, 7, and 9). It was just what we needed! A comfortable place to call home for 3 weeks! The apartment was good. The pool was great! We love not being right in the crazy tourist area, it was in a quieter area. The security was excellent. We felt very safe. Overall, it was the right place for us!
We have been coming here for a number of years.
We love the safety and quiet of the neighbourhood... the kind and friendly staff and the check in(altho this time it was a little noisier than usual). The pools(3) as lovely as ever... the apartment maybe needs some attention here and there... but I can't fault the host (Dalila) who was l bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable. Thank you.
Communication with the owner was fast and informative and professional. Will be returning.
