Villa Leonard is a spacious two-story villa-duplex located in Playa Blanca, the southernmost tourist enclave in Lanzarote. This ideal property for families is situated in a quiet residential area, just 1.6 km from the Aqualava water park and 1.9 km from the beautiful beaches of Playa Blanca center and Playa Flamingo.





With a surface area of approximately 90 m² distributed over two floors, the villa offers spaciousness and comfort for up to 8 people. It features panoramic views of the mountain and garden, providing a serene and relaxing environment throughout your stay.





The property has 4 strategically distributed bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds on the first floor (one with a private balcony), one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and another bedroom with a single bed. This configuration guarantees comfort and privacy for all guests.





The 2 fully equipped bathrooms include one with a bathtub on the first floor and another with a shower tray on the ground floor, ensuring accessibility and comfort for the whole family.





The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and complete dishes and cutlery, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.





The air conditioning system includes air conditioning in the living room and master bedrooms, guaranteeing comfort throughout the year. Free WiFi connection keeps guests connected, while the television with multiple languages (Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French and Norwegian) and DVD player offer entertainment for the whole family.





The outdoor areas are the strong point of this villa. Enjoy a private heated swimming pool of 8x4 meters and another standard pool of the same size, both on a fenced plot of 584 m² that guarantees total privacy. The furnished garden, the spacious terrace with barbecue area and the balcony offer multiple spaces to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

Excellent Outdoor Area

Villa provided us with everything we needed. Outdoor area by pool was perfect for us to stay for the week. The property was also opposite a small shop which provided essentials, as well as a 15 minute walk from a Lidl supermarket, and also a 10 minute walk from an independent restaurant that served cheep breakfast. Would recommend.

Clean inside but outside seating area not clean, was windy when we stayed as no dining area or table inside was not able to sit down for meal during our stay as property on a corner seemed to get full force of wind. Property Inside was nice and beds comfortable Good TV with all uk channels. Great swimming pool. About 30 mins walk to Town centre

We were able to find the property easily from the full and detailed information Dreams provided. From the moment we stepped into the electronic gates securing the property we said 'wow'. The outside area is huge, the pool is a great size and they have all the amenities you require. It was very clean and provided a safe, secure and peaceful environment. The villa was like a home from home with all the amenities that you could want. We stayed for 23 days and did not want to leave. Dreams and the owners Stacey and Rob couldn't do enough for us. I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.

Villa Leonard

This was the fifth villa we have rented around Playa Blanca and the first to disappoint. It was semi detached and the walls were not sound proof, also whenever the people on the other side went out their dog would bark. We could not get the patio doors to lock and the louvres on the security doors were mostly malfunctioning. The window in the utility room on the windward side would not stay closed so the dust storm blasted in. The house was located by a roundabout on a junction from the Industrial Estate so there was more traffic that we expected. The pool was a lovely size and depth but it was losing about 4 " of water every day (2500 gallons) which was not acceptable either environmentally or having to constantly keep it filled. The cover was split right the way across and needed replacing and the debris in the pool was made worse by all the dead leaves in the garden. The table tennnis table was collapsing and needed to be propped up against the wall. The pictures needed updating. We felt it was not good value.

Great stay

Fantastic stay at the Villa. Very clean, very comfortable. The facilities are great for entertaining older kids(pool table, dart board and private pool). We had a couple of good bbq’s and the IPTV was a bonus if you fancied chilling in front of the TV in the evening. Location is roughly a 15 minute walk in to Playa Blanca town(if you are prepared to do a bit of cross country). We walked in to town and had a taxi back(4 euros). Private secure parking also added to the experience. All together a great stay. Many thanks The Gibbs Family

lovely property

lovely property. pool still quite cold despite being heated and heating in the house worked intermittently so we didn't always have hot water. to be fair we never contacted the owner about this as we were only there for a couple of days. all in all it was lovely though. Elogios

Incredible house, quiet location and somewhere I would stay again

Incredible house, quiet location and somewhere I would stay again. There's a nice little corner shop across the road which is well stocked, and 5 mins walk is a lovely local pub doing cheap rustic food.

Villa Leonard was a beautiful villa with great facilities and private driveway. It’s located in a quiet area, just a 25 minute walk from Playa Blanca, with a handy little shop across the road. The pool and games area were perfect for when you fancy staying at home and relaxing. The garden was lovely and a pleasure to spend time lounging in. Amenities were good, with a fully equipped kitchen, tv with satellite and Netflix and washing machine. We couldn’t ask for any more and are already looking to book for next year!
