New apartment, spacious, bright and cozy, with careful decoration and stunning views of the sea, Rock of Ifach and port from anywhere in it.
It has a closed enclosure equipped with a garden, solarium and swimming pools for adults and children, with a lifeguard in summer.
It can accommodate 4/6 people, and consists of: 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two beds of 1.05 meters, 2 full bathrooms, a large living room of 22 m2 with a double sofa bed, independent kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, blender, etc, 2 furnished terraces, with different orientation that cover a 360º panoramic view and allow you to contemplate stunning views, from Moreira to Altea, Ifach Rock, port, salinas, etc; It also has a garage in the basement of the building with an elevator to it.
It is equipped with bed linen, towels, television with national and international satellite channels, iron and complete utensils.
Garage and free WIFI connection included in the price. The price includes all services, water, electricity, etc.
The apartment is located in the best area of Calpe, two minutes from the beach and 500 meters from the Nautical Club of Calpe, marina and fishermen and the climb to the rock of Ifach.

Alles werkt maar is aan renovatie toe. Typisch Spaans : geen goede afwerking een beetje oudbollig! Heel mooie ligging met grote terrassen.

vacance 2023

nous avons passés de bonne vacance, un problème de wi-fi nous à pertubé pendant 15 jours, à part cela tout est rentré dans l'ordre, il y a un manque de soleil au grand balcon, beaucoup de vent, propriétaire très acceuillant,
