Everything was great! Tbh i found 1 little bug in a drawer, but its literally a few ft from the beach and BIG water LOL by no means infested, the unit was very clean, comfy, quiet and safe. Ill be staying here again count on it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and the two neighbors I met were so friendly and helpful! The beach was so peaceful at this location! The private feel of the beach is the best part. I was only disappointed with the laundry facility. I had to find quarters which I didn’t know to bring with me, but by the time I left all 3 washing machines were taking quarters without working.

On the beach

I am so glad we found this place to stay. Clean with extras such as beach towels and beach chairs, and it was as close to the beach as we could find. There were phone numbers listed in case we needed anything. For my next visit to Cocoa Beach i will definitely stay here again.

Very good beach access on the North side of Cocoa Beach away from the "party crowds", but close enough to walk if you want that. Very clean, unit, roomy rooms, equipped kitchen. Was everything my 2 teen boys and I needed.

Richard Arms is an older, converted motel right on the beach. All the condo owners take great care of the property. This condo is a wonderfully renovated unit that is cute, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay at the beach. We loved the accommodations and decorations. You may even get to see a SpaceX launch - from your beach chair!

Our own private beach

The closeness of the beach to our condo made it feel like we had our own private beach we shared w a few other ppl. The hospitality you guys showed was amazing. I was hooked when I looked in the closet and saw so many beach supplies we thought we'd have to buy and leave behind! We can't wait to return!!!

Just perfect

Ive stayed in many rentals all over and this one was my favorite! Adorably decorated with two extremely comfortable king beds which are hard to come by. The couch was also very comfy. The shower was awesome. Everything was awesome. The people in the complex were very friendly. The beach brought tears to my eyes. I recently lost my best friend/Mother and this was the getaway I needed. The beach is stunning and just the right amount of people to feel at peace but not totally alone. The crowd is older. No obnoxious partying or drinking which I appreciated. The owners were very nice. I have absolutely no complaints other than I live in Ohio. Lol. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location and features

Very nice, updated condo with beachfront access. Within walking distance of many restaurants and night spots. Even more within a few minutes drive, including a major grocery store. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. The description states you must provide your own toilet paper, but there was plenty already there (maybe previous renters?). There is a reasonable supply of spices for cooking, most likely left by previous renters. Appliances were in good shape, but it could use more kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, etc) and the knives were very dull. Note: no dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms with excellent beds, although a lot of closet space was consumed by beach chairs, extra blankets, etc. Our only other negative was that the instructions for using the entertainment center were out of date, so we needed assistance to make things work. However, assistance was given quickly, so no big issue. We're pretty easy going, so no real deal-breakers for us. Loved the convenience, quiet neighborhood, beach access, and meeting so many nice folks in Cocoa Beach!
