In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, 10 minutes from the beaches of Villers-sur-mer and Houlgate, 10 km from Deauville, we welcome you to a 17th century Norman manor. Hidden at the end of a private road, in the middle of lush greenery, the manor is surrounded by half-timbered barns and an old press with only apple and horse neighbors. You can savor lunches or naps in the shade of the trees in fine weather, or redo the world by the fireside of the monumental fireplace when the air cools. And if, like us, you share the passion for tennis, don't forget your racket to take advantage of the property's private field!

The house is equipped with all the modern comfort you will need for your stay in our authentic Norman country house: a fireplace for your evening with friends, central heating for your cool mornings, two ovens in the kitchen for your meals. birthday, four bathrooms for your beach returns….

This house has seen the birth and growth of two generations of children for over 40 years, so it is equipped so that they can make the most of it, have fun and create memories of the countryside. So you will find on site: cot, board games, trampoline, television and video player, bicycles, table tennis table, shovels, buckets and fishing nets to go to the beach.

The manor is also a very good starting point to discover the region: the Côte Fleurie from Cabourg to Honfleur, via Trouville, but also the inland villages such as Beaumont-en-Auge, Beuvron-en-Auge or Pont -l'Eveque. Caen and its Memorial are less than 40 km by car.

Un très agréable séjour

Une très belle et vaste demeure, très bien équipée. Une superbe propriété avec tous les équipements ludiques et sportifs disponibles, y compris tennis et tennis de table. La plage est toute proche en voiture. L’accueil est chaleureux. Bref, un séjour qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes !

Merveilleux séjour d'une semaine familiale au Manoir de Saint-Vaast

Tout nous a séduit pour notre séjour d'une semaine familiale avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. La maison, spacieuse pour 15 personnes, avec beaucoup d'âme et pleine du charme de la vie familiale et la merveilleuse salle de jeux remplie de trésors ludiques pour tous les goûts; le parc, avec ses anciennes dépendances normandes, ses pelouses ombragées et ensoleillées au gré du temps et de la canicule ainsi que le tennis en pleine nature. Les grandes plages à 5-10 minutes en voiture ont ravi petits et grands. Le pays aux alentours est magnifique! Bref, des vacances pleinement réussies dans une demeure super accueillante! une magnifique demeure isolée

La maison, le jardin et les granges sont magnifiques, la maison est très propre, l´équipement de la maison est très large. Nous étions trois grandes familles et nous avons passé des très agréables vacances en profitant des activités sportif (tennis, ping-pong et trampoline) et des plages (à 8 minutes en voiture)!

maison familiale et conviviale

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de noël dans cette belle demeure de famille qui peut recevoir jusqu'à 15 personnes avec tout le confort. Nous avons profité de cette superbe cheminée et avons fait de belle balade au milieu des chevaux. Propriétaire très disponible, sympathique et à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes.

Très agréable séjour à deux familles

Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité ! Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à deux familles. Parents comme enfants, chacun a pu trouver son compte et son espace. Le manoir est charmant, très bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le salon et sa grande cheminée de pierre. La maison est à 10mn des bords de mer de Villers et d'Houlgate et de retour de la plage nous avons profité du beau jardin en nous offrant quelques parties de tennis en prime. Que du bonheur !!!!
