We regularly spend time in Keystone with the family and this was another great spot. Right in the middle of River Run Village, covered parking, pool and hot tub access; I mean, what else could you ask for?Clean, simple furnishings, comfy beds and a balcony pointed toward a hillside of changing aspens trees makes this one another great spot for the family. Everything you want it to be in a vacation home without the pretense of a place that’s cold and too fancy to settle into.

The property itself was great (clean, lots of space, plenty of amenities, etc), but it was hot at night. We had the windows open for several hours before we went to sleep, but had to close them at night because of noise outside and it was a very uncomfortable night. The place definitely could benefit from having some fans. If this was a budget stay then it would not be a big deal, but we expected to at least have a good night's sleep for what we paid. We will not go back.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the property clean, spacious, and well equipped with the amenities you needed. We sincerely apologize that the temperature and lack of fans made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. We completely understand your frustration, especially given the investment you made in your stay. Having to choose between keeping the windows open for ventilation and closing them because of outside noise is certainly not ideal. We appreciate your suggestion regarding fans and will review this with our team. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we’re sorry that we fell short in this area during your stay. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We regret that the experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention.

Easy walk to lifts, ski rental, dining, and drinks. Loved the convenience. Underground parking was very close to the elevator to the condo. The master bedroom stayed very warm at night, even with the window open. Easy walk to the hot tub.

Exactly what we needed!

It was very good and cozy. We had a lovely stay: they had some board games, good beds, warm water in the shower and everything we needed in the kitchen. One of the best things was the ski locker and the short walking distance to the gondola. We would definitely stay there again.

Great first ski days

Being walking distance to lifts or the shuttle to mountain house was great. Place was quiet and the parking garage was heated. The dishwasher was very loud but other than that the place was great

2 week Comfortable Stay

The room was great. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Fans & blankets were great! Could be improved by having Tupperware or plastic storage & some of the cooking pans were at the end of their life.

Fun family trip

Our stay was great. The condo was nice and well appointed. Check in was easy, but not a fan of having to go to another building to get keys. Although with so many properties I suppose that’s easiest for the property manager.

Great location and management

The management team is superb in providing all the information needed for a smooth check-in. The property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is perfect and right in the middle of the River Run Village. The garage parking was not assigned, but there were plenty of open spots all the time. We had a great time!

Great location Keystone access

This unit worked so well for a quick getaway with my kids! The full sized bunk beds and king bed were comfortable and the unit was spacious. The sectional in the family room provided great seating options! The property overlooks the large parking lot but the price for the unit made that an easy thing to ignore. Very easy access to Keystone restaurants and activities in River Run. Thanks for the great stay!

Keystone weekend

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen stock was ok, but scratched up pots and pans. The stove and dishwasher are very low end, but functional. It could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall served our needs well and the location was a 5 minute walk to the gondola.

Location!

Great location and awesome parking. The condo and building are nothing fancy on the inside, but that did not impact our stay. It’s important for guests to know that the windows face the street and parking lot, which means early and loud snow removal. If you’re an early bird and awake by 6am, snow plows won’t be a problem. But, if you like to sleep in while on vacation and its snows, be prepared for an early morning.
