Modern villa with sea view and heated swimming pool for 10/11 people a few km from Tropea.
Villa Donna Cà is located in Coccorino, only a short distance away from the beach. This location has a wonderful view of the bay of Capo Vaticano and the Aeolian Islands. The villa is built in an elegant and contemporary style.
Villa Donna Ca ' has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and a laundry room. A beautiful lava stone staircase leads to the 1st floor where there is a bedroom, a bathroom with double doors and a spacious living / dining room with large sliding doors, modern kitchen and comfortable seating area. On the 2nd floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The villa's living / dining room offers direct access to the terrace and the beautiful pool that has a wonderful sea view. The pool has a heating system so you can swim even in low season (on request at an additional charge). Coccorino' s sandy beach is only 900 meters away and can be reached in a couple of minutes.
Villa Donna Ca ' is a relaxing place, perfect for two families or a group of friends who want to have a special holiday in Calabria.

An oasis of calm and relaxation.
Cannot say enough about this property. We spent a week there and hardly left. It is perfect for people who want to cook meals at home using the excellent local ingredients. Well appointed and very comfortable. We will return for sure.

Calabrian holiday
You're in the silence of the Calabrian countryside, yet in a completely modern and well appointed home. Ascolta...the number of roosts available on the deck, the views, the quiet, the arrangement of the house and grounds, this is the place to unplug. It is 25-30 minutes from Tropea or Vibo Valentia for some trappings. We had no trouble driving there; finding free parking for a day-visit. The house has a series of nearly exclusive coves 5-10 minute walk along a sloping country road, downhill from the house. Great if you need exercise as part of the holiday. It is a serious walk ... or an easy 2 minute drive. BRING SNORKEL GEAR. This cove is an "aquarium experience" below the surface, sublime above. Free and accesdible. A car is required. Other beach access is literally everywhere along the coast, usually a euro an hour to park.
