Great location, very clean

Nice neighborhood, but you need to be aware that the street in front is under construction, and doesn't look like it will be finished soon. It was a very quiet street at night with no traffic because of construction, but the little table on the balcony isn't a great spot to sit over construction dust during the day. All in all, we enoyed our stay here. To reach the elevators you need to climb 20 stairs. With 7 adults the space in the apartment was tight. We enjoyed sitting at the large table together, but that takes up the whole space of the living room when people are seated at the table.One bathroom is about the size of a postage stamp and has the world's smallest sink. There is one good sized bedroom and three very small bedrooms, too small for any luggage to fit in the room. Only the largest bedroom had a window. AC helped cool the others. We liked the washer and dryer, but bring your own laundry detergent. The kitchen was adequate, but the only cooking staple in the cupboard is salt. A few cereal bowls would be a good addition. The larger bathroom was nice, althought the shower head fell off in the bigger bathroom, and there was no stopper to take a bath. Guests are expected to take out the garbage, and walk a block to drop it off in a dumpster. The metro and markets are not super close, but close enough. The landlord was flexible in meeting with us to help check-in and drop off luggage, and responsive to our questions.

Besonders gefallen hat uns der extrem zuvorkommende und freundliche Kontakt zum Vermieter Juan, der sehr hilfsbereit war und uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat und uns, da unser Flug annuliert wurde, zu einem Aufpreis freundlicherweise auch mitten in der Nacht empfangen hat. Super Wohnung, wenn man dort bnicht allzu viel Zeit verbringt, sonst wird es zu zehnt etwas eng. Viele schöne Ecken Barcelonas sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Great location

The apartment was spacious for 8 of us. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The beds and pillows were ok. The second bathroom is very small. The laundry facilities were nice. The air conditioner was excellent and very nice after a long day out in the city. The location was great and our host check in was fantastic - giving us tips for the sights and left a nice gift of food supplies for our five day stay. The balcony was a nice place to sit and listen to the city. Overall a good place to stay.

Outstanding flat in great location

This apartment was clean and well designed for a group that needed four bedrooms. It was absolutely perfect! The air conditioning works well and all the appliances and amenities were fully functioning. Joan met us when we arrived at the apartment and went through the map of Barcelona, giving us great advice for our stay. We particularly appreciated his restaurant suggestions! The location was great and not far from the metro to get to other parts of Barcelona. If we returned to Barcelona, we would definitely rent this flat again!

Das Apartment liegt zentral, wir haben zu acht dort gewohnt. Ein Schlafzimmer ist hell und recht schön, die anderen eher dunkle Kammern mit Fenstern zum Innenhof, eines mit Abluft aus der Küche. Aber zum Schlafen machbar. Nur eben nicht schön. Der Vermieter hatte gute Tipps. Hauptkritikpunkt: Reinigung kostet extra, die beträchtliche Summe wurde in der Buchung nie angezeigt. Außerdem musste ich weiter für zusätzliche Personen" nachzahlen", die Höhe war nicht transparent und m. E. nicht gerechtfertigt. Summasumarum war die Wohnung mit den Extrakosten überteuert für den gebotenen Standard.

Lejligheden er ikke til 10 personer, max 8. Der er en barneseng, men ingen barnestol. Der var ikke nok dyner til alle, og dem der lå under sofaen var ikke særlig lækre. Der var fint med bestik og service. Der var juice, mælk, frugt og toiletpapir da vi ankom- dejligt. God information fra udlejer og fin opfølgning på om alt var som det skulle være. Lejligheden er lidt slidt at se på, men alt fungerer som det skal. Kan godt anbefales men ikke til 10 personer.

great location. Metro stop close by. 20 minute walk to some attractions. Very clean and comfortable.

We had 4 kids and 2, plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided. Full kitchen, washer & dryer. Loved the little balcony. Everything was very clean, Nice supermarkets close by.

Super appartement!

Appartement idéalement situé, à 15 minutes de la place Catalunya, cet appartement est parfait pour un groupe de 8/10 personnes. Spacieux, bien équipé et propre, il est fidèle aux photos. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires (qui parlent français, ça aide!), je recommande.

Très bon appartement

Appartement spacieux, propre, très bien situé (proche d'un arrêt de métro qui permet d'aller rapidement aux endroits clés de la ville). Il convient parfaitement pour un groupe de 10 personnes et est très bien agencé. De plus le parking est souterrain et surveillé ce qui est très bien. Les seuls points négatifs: la wifi qui est un peu faible et le manque de vaisselle pour le petit déjeuner (bols, mugs...) Merci aux propriétaires qui sont très sérieux, accueillants, joignables et de bons conseils.

Superbe appartement et accueil chaleureux

Appartement exactement comme sur les photos : propre, rangé, pratique, spacieux. Nous avons été très très bien accueillies, le propriétaire est très serviable. Avant même notre arrivée, nous avions eu une très bonne communication par téléphone pour organiser la remise des clés etc. L'appartement est bien situé, nous avons été 100% satisfaites et je le recommande absolument !

Très bon séjour dans cet ...

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé au cœur de Barcelone. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et une disponibilité généreuse des personnes s'occupant de la location. Encore merci à eux Peut-être un petit point faible au niveau de l'équipement pour cuisiner pour 10, mais il y a tant de choses d'autres à vivre dans cette ville !

Eravamo 9 ragazze italiane in vacanza e Gonzales ci ha accolte veramente bene nella sua casa Ci ha suggerito dove andare, ci ha consigliato alcune feste che non avremo potuto conoscere ed è stato sempre gentilissimo La casa è esattamente come nella descrizione, ora che ci siamo state aggiungerei comoda pulita e accogliente La posizione è strategica per visitare Barcellona in lungo e in largo e....speriamo solo di tornare presto!!! "Bel appartement, très bi...

"Bel appartement, très bien situé, bien équipé, très propre. Lits faits à l''arrivée. Linge de lits et de toilette fourni, très appréciable. Peu de bruit. Métro proche. Excellente relation avec la personne qui nous a accueillis. Quelques petites lacunes (ampoules défaillantes, ...) vite réparées par le propriétaire. Les bémols : 2 WC mais chacun placé dans une salle d''eau, l''une des salles d''eau est vraiment minuscule, 2 chambres petites mais surtout donnant sur des cours intérieures, donc mal éclairées et surtout mal aérées. Mais nous sommes en centre ville... Quelques manques de vaisselle (verres, pas de bols). Dans l''ensemble, ce sont de très bonnes prestations qui nous ont été fournies et l''impression générale est vraiment excellente."

"L''appartamento è conforme alla descrizione. Eravamo in 10 persone (8 adulti e 2 bimbi) e ci siamo trovati molto bene: ognuno aveva la sua stanza, ci sono due bagni, ottimo il benvenuto dei proprietari, molto gentili. Al nostro arrivo, in cucina abbiamo trovato un cesto di frutta, da bere (acqua, cialde per caffè). Ottima posizione per girare la città, vicino c''è la metropolitana e la fermata del pullman dall''aeroporto. E'' la seconda volta che ci affidiamo a questi proprietari! Consigliamo a tutti!"

"Nous etions six personnes dont deux couples et tous ont adore cet appartement tres bien situe et hyper confortable avec tous les services, incluant le wi-fi. Le seul petit bemol est la petitesse de la douche dans la deuxieme salle d eau. Sinon, impeccable!"

"Un appartement très agréable, où on se sent comme chez soi. Seule petite déception par rapport à un autre appartement du même propriétaire : celui-ci est plus bruyant car la majorité des chambres donnent sur une cour, et les voisins se réveillent plus tôt que nous qui sortons le soir !"

"Tout d'abord un accueil ...

"Tout d'abord un accueil très chaleureux. Ensuite l'appartement est très propre dans un quartier calme, il manque seulement quelques petites choses dans la cuisine tels que des couteaux de cuisine ou autre mais l'appartement reste très bien équipé! Le seul point négatif est le manque de lumière du jour mais cela est un rattrapé grâce aux puits de lumière et aux innombrables éclairages de la maison. Malgré que l'appartement soit assez grand, la climatisation fonctionne très bien dans toutes les pièces. Nous sommes arrivés à 7 et nous sommes tous repartis très satisfaits de cette location. Merci à la propriétaire et à l'agence!"
