A well equipped kitchen, including Nespresso coffee machine, (be sure to pack your favourite coffee pods) and an outdoor BBQ make this property a real family home from home.
The onsite gym, swimming pool and sauna are available for the more energetic and the numerous coastal and country walks will keep you fully entertained during your holiday no matter what the weather.
The house has been completed redecorated, with some new soft furnishings in all the rooms, a digital & Bluetooth radio, smart TV and updated kitchen equipment, making it even easier to enjoy your family holiday.

It was lovely to stay in hope cottage with a balcony view, hot tub (totally worth paying extra for!!) and swimming pool on site. The cottage was at the top of the site meaning that there were no onlookers and we could have a better view of the lovely scenery. Unfortunately, the stairs were very creaky which wasn’t great for the people sleeping. Otherwise, a great place to stay by the sea, with lots of places to go and visit within an hour away. Coastal walks and Talland bay just a walk away. Thank you for having us Hope Cottage, we had a great holiday.

Disappointed
We’ve recently stayed at The Bay Talland. Whilst the property was lovely very disappointed at the lack of information regarding where the property is situated. There was no directions given to us before arrival and we had to rely on a sat nag to find it with the post code. We expected it to be near local shops or maybe have a shop on site to provide essential items ie bread milk butter etc etc. The nearest place to buy things like that was on a nearby campsite! We would have thought where the place was situate was essential to have a shop on site. We weren’t told how narrow the roads were getting to the place from the main road and on several occasions had several near collisions as the roads were only wide enough for one car. If you came across another car head on there was a stand off to see who was going to reverse back down the road to find a suitable passing place. Travelling to and from the place was very nerve-wracking. Very disappointed about the lack of information provided to us after booking. It most certainly needs a shop on site. You shouldn’t have to walk through fields to a campsite shop when you need urgent essential items.
