Ideale locatie als je niet altijd de auto wilt pakken en uitzicht op zee

Huis is zeker in orde. Goede badkamers en goede nieuwe keuken. Meubilair in orde maar maar beetje ouderwetsz is precies zoals Op de foto’s. Slaapkamers mogen wel een update hebben (bijv maar 1 bedlampje per slaapkamer en 2 verschillende nachtkastjes etc).. Locatie is erg goed. Vlak boven hotel Cap Sa Sal - (20 tredes) en vlak boven Aiguafreda (100 tredes). Je kan vanuit daar via mooi pad in minder dan 15 min lopen naar Sa Tuna (Te leuk) en daar kan je pendelbusje nemen naar Begur. Je kan als je nIet van tredes houdt ook over de weg is alleen iets verder. Fijn, meestal vrij rustig zwembad Kortom: aanrader !
