Villa au milieu d’un parc naturel, EZE Sur le chemin de randonnĂ©e de FrĂ©dĂ©ric Nietzsche, exceptionnel pour sa beautĂ© et sa vue sur la mer, notre villa (avec piscine privĂ©e), situĂ©e au centre d’une rĂ©serve naturelle. Une place de parking fermĂ©e et gratuite vous est attribuĂ©e puis Il faudra marcher 10 minutes pour se rendre Ă  la villa, le parcours est un peu sportif. Vous dĂ©couvrirez la faune et la flore sauvage de la rĂ©gion. La villa est juste en dessous du cĂ©lĂšbre restaurant La ChĂšvre D’Or. Le village d’Eze est Ă  6 km de Monaco et 8 kilomĂštres de Nice. C’est l’endroit idĂ©al pour renouer avec la nature. La fraĂźcheur naturelle des arbres vous protĂ©gera de la chaleur de l’étĂ©.............

Merveilleux séjour en famille

Merveilleux séjour en famille dans cet endroit à la fois insolite et magique ! Nous avons tout apprécié : l'agencement, la déco pensée et parfaite, les terrasses en teck, l'immersion dans cet environnement naturel, le bruit de la cascade non loin, la vue magnifique et j'en oublie ! un grand merci pour ce moment ressourçant et hors du temps...

Familienurlaub in der Natur

Das Einchecken lief durch Bekannten der Vermieterin (leider nur in Französisch ) mit einem 15minĂŒtigen Abstieg ĂŒber den extrem unwegsamen, erschwerlichen Wanderweg. Die Unterkunft selbst ist schön, aber relativ einfach ( vorallem in der KĂŒche) eingerichtet. Es gibt viel nette Ecken, die mit Sitzmöbeln ausgestatten sind- allerdings sind diese durch das Wetter und wenig Pflege nicht mehr so einladend. Auch könnten durchaus mehr Liegen und eine gerade Sitzbank am Esstisch draußen zum lĂ€ngeren Verweilen einladen. Insgesamt ist das HĂ€uschen sehr schön gelegen- mit Wald ringsum in der Natur. Schade, dass ein 40 minĂŒter Fußmarsch zum Meer nötig ist- damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet- und die Parksituation in Eze eine Katastrophe ist (viele Touristen & viel zu wenig Parkmöglichkeiten) wir sind jedes Mal 30Minuten bergauf zum kostenpflichtigen (12Euro pro Tag) Tennisparkplatz. Da ĂŒberlegt man sich jeder Fahrt... Die Betten im Objekt sind sehr bequem und der Blick sowie Ausflug zur Burg sensationell.

Séjour mitigé

Maison agrĂ©able, au calme et dĂ©paysante mais plusieurs points ne nous ont pas permis d’apprĂ©cier notre sĂ©jour: - avant mĂȘme l’arrivĂ©e la propriĂ©taire nous a tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© Ă  plusieurs reprises en nous accusant de vouloir saccager la maison. Elle nous a indiquĂ© que son voisin surveillerait notre comportement depuis sa maison et n’hĂ©siterait pas Ă  appeler la police. Le ton Ă©tait trĂšs agressif, absolument injustifiĂ© et Ă  fait planer un sentiment de malaise gĂ©nĂ©ral pendant notre sĂ©jour. Ce comportement est incomprĂ©hensible et inadmissible. Par ailleurs, avant la validation de la rĂ©servation la propriĂ©taire avait nĂ©gociĂ© Ă  la hausse le prix de la location car nous n’avions rĂ©servĂ© que 3 nuits. - des Ă©quipements sont Ă  revoir: le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et congĂ©lateur non adaptĂ©s pour 7 personnes, la cafetiĂšre ne marche pas, la piscine Ă©tait Ă  nettoyer Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, etc. - la localisation prĂ©cise de la maison ne nous a Ă©tĂ© indiquĂ©e qu’une fois la rĂ©servation faite (chemin de randonnĂ©e difficile, en pente avec des marches, pour lequel il faut compter 10-15min de marche avec sacs). Un service de livraison de courses devrait ĂȘtre proposĂ©. - pour le stationnement la propriĂ©taire nous a conseillĂ© un emplacement au-dessus du musĂ©e fragonard comme Ă©tant un endroit public sans risque, sauf qu’il s’agit de l’entrĂ©e privĂ©e d’une rĂ©sidence oĂč les propriĂ©taires (heureusement comprĂ©hensifs pour nous) nous ont indiquĂ© qu’ils Ă©tait en droit d’appeler la fourriĂšre.

tolle Lage und phantastische Aussicht

das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete moderne Haus steht auf den Grundmauern eine alten ÖlmĂŒhle und liegt direkt am Nitzsche-Wanderweg unterhalb von Èze. Lage und Aussicht sind, wie die Fotos zeigen, wirklich phantastisch. Erreichbar ist das Ferienhaus nur ĂŒber den Wanderweg, der ĂŒber Treppen von Èze zum Meer fĂŒhrt. Man braucht ca. 5 - 10 min. FĂŒr uns war das absolut kein Problem. Das Auto kann in Èze problemlos parken. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten jede Menge Platz. FĂŒr 7 Personen wird es allerdings schon etwas eng. Der Pool ist nicht allzu groß, aber fĂŒr eine AbkĂŒhlung an einem heißen Tag optimal. Alles in allem verbrachten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
